The kitchen is modern and fully equipped, it has washing machine, microwave, kettle, toaster, cooker, hob, fridge, freezer and all necessary utensils.
Lounge with sofa bed (sleeps1/2) and 2 x chairs, dining area with table and 6 chairs, TV with satellite channels and a DVD player.
This property has air conditioning (cold and hot).

This villa is on two storeys with a very large private sun terrace also on the second level.
Bedroom 1 with 2 x single beds that are together as a double but can be as singles, en-suite, bedside cabinets with ample wardrobe space and has its own air-conditioning.
Leading off bedroom 1 is a fully tiled en-suite and large private sun terrace.
Bedroom 2 also has 2 x single beds that can be put together as a double, bedside cabinets and ample wardrobe space.
2 x bathrooms with bath and shower and are fully tiled (one of which is en-suite).
This is a modern and fully equipped kitchen with cooker and hob, washing machine, microwave, fridge, freezer, coffee machine, kettle, toaster and all the necessary utensils.
There is a quality 3 piece suite; the sofa makes into a quality double bed for 2. There is a large dining table with 6 chairs and a TV (with satellite channels), DVD player and a Playstation 1 console with games.

The property is set within a gated community and has a large communal pool with small section for toddlers. It is set amidst well tendered gardens in a peaceful location.

Outside
Casa Oliva Nova: This property has a large front garden with table and 6 chairs ideal for BBQ's on those warm summer evenings. The pool area is peaceful, ideal for sunbathing and is approx 30m away, there are also beach chairs for clients use.

Casa Daniben: This property has a rear garden with mountain views. It has a patio with table and 6 chairs and has a sun shade/awning for comfortable outside dining, there is also a BBQ in this well tendered garden. The upstairs terrace also has tables and chairs and sun loungers. The property has beach chairs for clients use. The pool area is approx 20m away.

Coast/Beach
This resort is right on the coast and the properties are about 10 mins walk away or 2 mins by car. The beach at the resort is a fabulous 20 mile stretch of white sand that has a blue flag award and is safe for young children.

Golf
The Oliva Nova Golf and beach resort benefits from excellent golfing sport facilities (Seve Ballesteros designed course), golf school, driving range, tennis courts, a full health spa and many other sports available. There are some golf clubs at both properties for clients use if required.

Travel
The villa is easily accessible from either Valencia (50 miles) Or Alicante (55 miles). Car hire is not essential but recommended in order to enjoy this beautiful area. There is a private car parking area for each property. The owner is able to assist if required with car hire details.

Distances
Oliva is a typical Spanish town (3km away) with shops, bars and restaurants. Denia is a 15 min drive away with many more shops and restaurants/bars. It is a cosmopolitan town and port and here you can take the ferry to the Balearic Islands (approx 2 hours). Benidorm and its water parks and other entertainments are 35 mins drive.

Further details
On the resort there is a commercial centre that is home to a supermarket, bars, hairdressers, laundrette a bank and some shops. The hotel (500m away) has 3 restaurants and outdoor dining during the summer. It is also well placed for Valencia and its many attractions. Festivals are a feature in both Oliva and Denia where you will also find weekly markets with local produce on offer. Local markets in Oliva every Friday, Gandia on Thursdays and Saturdays and Denia Mondays and Fridays. The coast enjoys over 320 days of sunshine per annum with temperature generally no lower that 16 degrees during winter months.

Bookings can be made by e-mail or phone and we can provide a credit card payment system if required. We ask for 30% on reservation and balance 8 weeks prior to arrival. We also ask for a £100 returnable bond. The house will be serviced prior to guests arrival and is included within the rate agreed. Additional cleans can be arranged - please ask owner for details.
