With the main tourist area of Marbella only 10 minutes car ride away with its' fun beaches boasting parasailing, jet-skis, speed boats, windsailing and scuba diving, there is plenty to do for the water enthusiast. Local to the apartment, there is also horse riding and drag water skiing. Surrounding places: with Gibralter and Africa so close there is so much to explore for the adventurous. For the sun seekers there are many beaches and the apartment itself boasts a large sun terrace on the roof in addition to the other 4 terraces.

Bedrooms 2 and three are downstairs and can have up to 8 beds laid out between the two.

Kitchen: Kitchen is fully equipped with oven, hob, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, fridge/freezer and dishwasher.
Utility Room: Utility room houses the washing machine.
Living Rooms: The living room is furnished with a leather suite, glass dining table and chairs as well as TV, DVD and stereo system.
Other: There are a total of 5 terraces with the largest being on the roof.

The town centre of San pedro is about a 20 min walk. There are many places of interest nearby including Gibraltar - approx 40 mins drive, Marbella and Puerto Banus - both about 10-15 mins drive.

Booking notes
A deposit is required of 50 % of the total cost with the booking. Balance is required no later than 4 weeks prior to departure. A refundable deposit of £ 250 against breakages must be paid no later than 7 days prior to departure and is returned 14 days after the end of the letting period less any deductions for damage.
