Casa Blanca is bright, spacious, very homely and comfortably equipped. It is in a lovely, quiet residential area with a fabulous communal pool with café, tennis courts, supermarket and restaurant all within 2 minutes walk. It is a couple of minutes drive from Moraira town centre and many more excellent supermarkets, restaurants and bars line the way. Moraira boasts many fashionable shops, more restaurants and bars, a weekly market and exclusive yachting marina to sit by. The beach is a picturesque sandy cove with play areas for children. The nearby surrounding areas Javea, Calpe and Denier all have excellent beaches and lots more to offer in the way of water sports, golf etc. Benidorm can also be reached in around 45 minutes and there are some fantastic shopping centres, water and theme parks here.

Changeover day
Changeover day is Saturday and the villa is available for occupation from 3pm, and must be vacated by 10am to allow for cleaning.

Cleaning/towels/
linen/maid service: |
Good quality towels and bed linen is provided, a clean change is brought at the end of a week (excluding long winter lets). Please bring your own beach towels. The villa is cleaned before arrival and after departure and a welcome pack is provided. |
Notes on accommodation
There are ceiling fans or portable fans provided for each room.
Additionally we do have air conditioning units in the main living area and bedroom 1 but we do charge an extra £25 per week for the use of these.

Accessibility
Unfortunately the property has not been adapted for wheelchair users and would not be recommended as there are stairs to the master bedroom and steps down from the villa to the pool.
Outside
The private pool is 8m x 4m and well secluded. It ranges from a depth of approximately 1m - 2m deep. We provide sunloungers, BBQ, garden tables, chairs and parasols.
Coast/Beach
Moraira beach is approx. 4 minutes away by car and there are good parking facilities right by the beach. Calpe, Denier and Javea beaches are all around 20 - 30 minutes drive away.
Golf
Javea golf course is approx. 4km away and there are over fifteen 18-hole golf courses all within a 2 hour drive of Benidorm (Benidorm being just 45 minutes from Moraira).
The Don Cayo Golf Club near Altea and the Ifach Golf Club in Benissa are 9-hole courses and La Sella Golf Club in Denia, an 18-hole course are all nearby.
Travel
Moraira can be reached easily from both Alicante and Valencia Airports, it is approx. 45 minutes from Alicante and an hour from Valencia. We do recommend car hire.
Distances
Calpe, Javea and Denier all accessible within half an hour's drive. Benidorm in 45 minutes.
