This new four-bedroom detached villa with stunning views and facilities is located on the mountainside close to the small town of Polop de la Marina near Benidorm, and is just 45 minutes drive north by motorway from Alicante airport. The villa has incredible views stretching from Calpe in the North to Benidorm to the South. The backdrop to the property is a wonderful mountain view of the “Lion of Polop”. The community has it’s own gated entrance and offers 3 interconnecting pools set in a small park with completely safe playing facilities for children which is directly overlooked from the villa. The villa is set about 15 minutes walk to the traditional Spanish village of Polop. It is close to the beaches of Albir, Altea and Benidorm all between 5-10 Km distance. A number of theme parks, golf courses and quaint Spanish towns are close by. Benidorm offers crazy nightlife but also old historic tapas bars in the Old Town.

Prices are for the property per week in UK pounds.
There could be a small heating surcharge for winter lets. When there are more than 6 occupants there will be an additional charge of 5€ per person per week to cover laundry (to be paid on arrival). Rates for long winter lets by negotiation. Please contact for offers on long term winter lets.
Changeover day
Changeover day is flexible. Villa to be vacated by 10 am and cannot be occupied until 4pm unless specifically requested and agreed.

Notes on accommodation
Villa has central heating and is well catered for family use. There are 3 bathrooms a big playroom and it is situated very close to the pool and play area offering easy supervision.

The villa has a short flight of steps to enter.
Outside
Small garden laid to gravel with 2 terraced areas suitable for eating out/lounging. The pool is shared and comprises 3 interconnecting pools (one being a children's paddling pool).
Coast/Beach
All nearby beaches can be reached by car within 10-15 minutes.
Golf
For golfers there are 9 excellent courses within 40 mins drive, with the nearest being the new Real De Faula Golf with two 18-hole courses designed by Jack Nicklaus, which is only a 10-minute drive away. It is a golfer's paradise.
Special interest holidays
The locality is perfect for walking, hiking, cycling etc.
Travel
Alicante is the nearest airport about 40 minutes drive away. Car hire is recommended.
Distances
Polop de la Marina is within 15 minutes walking distance but a number of supermarkets and restaurants are within 5 minutes drive. There are many historical places of interest and small villages within a 15 mile radius.
Booking notes
Terms and conditions are available on request. 30% deposit will be required with booking and balance paid 10 weeks prior to arrival. A cash deposit will be payable also on arrival which is returned at the end of the stay to cover any breakages etc.
