These fantastic Penthouse Apartments are situated in the front line of the Marina with panoramic views over the yachts, the sea and the Marina. Everything is within walking distance an abundance of restaurants, bars, cafeterias, shops etc and only a few minutes walk to the beach.There is no need for a car.
The apartments are modern, bright & spacious and get sun all day long on the terrace.
The Marina comes alive at Night with everyone flocking to the Marina to eat and stroll around visiting bars, ice cream parlous or just watching the world go by.

Two bedrooms with one en-suite bathroom.There is a fitted wardrobe and a small closed in balcony which allows plenty of light into the room.The second bedroom has two single beds, two fitted wardrobes, dressing table and desk, there is a small open balcony off this room again aloowing light and fresh air into the room. There is a further bathroom in the hall way all fitted out to the highest standard with power jet showers.
It has a fully equipped kitchen with all modern appliances.
Dishwasher, washing machine, steam iron, microwave, eye level oven, touch top hob, grill,kettle, toaster, baby steam sterilizer etc. You will want for nothing.
It has a huge 26sq. m terrace with sun all day long complete with sun canopy, table and 2 sun loungers.
The lounge has seating and dining room for 6 people. There is also Sky TV (limited channels), CD player and stereo.
Air-conditioning hot/cold throughout. We cater for small children, l travel cot, highchair and steam sterilizer as standard.

This is a modern & spacious apartment recently renovated. There is one bedroom and a comfortable fully sprung double sofa bed in the lounge.
The bedroom has fitted wardrobes, bed side lockers there is also a closed in balcony allowing plenty of sunlight and fresh air into the apartment.
The bedroom has a full en-suite bathroom and there is a further shower/WC in the hallway.
There is a fully equipped kitchen and we cater for small children providing a travel cot, highchair and steam sterilizer.
The lounge area has two sofa's, a glass dining table and seating for 6. coffee table, flat screen tv, dvd player, ipod player & stereo.The large glass patio doors lead out to the balcony
As well as a large terrace with patio furniture overlooking the Marina the Apartment has its own roof-top terrace with beautiful views complete with two sun loungers.

 

Notes on accommodation
All Linen & Towels are provided.
Cleaning is done on day of check out.
If additional cleaning required this can be done for an extra cost.

Accessibility
This apartment is on the Top or second floor. There is no lift. There are 38 steps up (two sets of 19 with a landing in between)

Outside
The balcony off the Lounge Area has a patio table and seating for 4 people.
The private roof top terrace has two sun loungers.

Coast/Beach
An abundance of fine beaches only a few mins walk from your apartment door. Ideal for families or just to relax and soak up the sun.

Golf
The Costa del Sol is very well known for its golf courses, making this is an ideal place to stay. Golf course only 2km away.

Travel
The Marina is only 10km from Malaga International airport, approx 20 mins. A taxi costs apx 25 Euro to the Marina.
A car is NOT necessary as everything is with walking distance. Unless you wish to explore the coast line.

Further details
This is also an ideal base to stay if you want to rent a car and explore the Costa del Sol. There is plenty to do and the area caters of all age groups from water sports, fishing, sailing, sight-seeing with beautiful walks, restaurants and bars too numerous to mention. At night you can sample the atmosphere of the marina nightlife.

A 25% booking deposit is required then final payment 6 weeks prior to your stay.
