The apartment is part of the 5 star resort 'Hacienda Del Sol' which is a secure gated complex. Our apartment is a large ground floor 2 bed 2 bathroom spacious holiday home. It is finished to a very high standard. It has a large ground floor terrace that overlooks the 2 pools. If you are fed up of scruffy run down abused holiday apartments and are looking for an exclusive home from home, then this is for you! A family rented our apartment for 1 week then had to change to a 'Basic' apartment and were amazed at the difference in quality finishes and extras...do not risk your 1 holiday for a cheaper basic apartment...

Bedroom 2 is tastefully decorated and has 2 single beds with built in wardrobes.
Bathrooms: 2 bathrooms.
1 en-suite and 1 main bathroom.
Both have baths and showers.
Kitchen: Beauitiful kitchen with useful breakfast bar and stools.
Microwave, fridge, freezer, toaster hob, oven, kettle etc.
Utility Room: Washer dryer and a sink.
Living Rooms: This is a very large, spacious lounge and dining room. Double doors slide open to the terrace where there is seating and a table to dine outside. Dining table and chairs inside for dining as well. There is a large corner sofa and Coffee table.
Other: All rooms are decorated and furnished to a high standard.

Cleaning is as often as you require and can be discussed on booking.

There are exstensive well kept gardens and pathways. You have direct access from your terrace to the fantastic large swimming pool and a gated kiddies pool. Changing room and toilets by the pool. A life guard is there through the busy summer months. Tennis courts and gym available.

Coast/Beach
The beach is aproximately 200 metres away and has 2 superb beach bars. There are beds available on the beach. All water sports are 100 metres away. Scuba, jet ski, paragliding, speed boats etc.

Golf
You are in a perfect spot to explore the many golf courses within a 5 minute drive.

Travel
You are about 40 minutes drive from Malaga airport.

San Pedro 1 mile. Puerto Banus 2 miles. Estepona 5 miles. Marbella 4 miles.

Further details
There are many fantastic restaurants on your door step. Banks, supermarkets and bars are a short walk away if you want them. The apartment is well situated so you can have peace and quiet but all you need just a walk away

About the owner
Hi. We are very proud of our apartment and keep it to a very high standard. Its our home from home and we enjoy holidaying here as often as possible as a family. There are many friends on the complex we have got to know very well and the children have a wonderful safe time here on Hacienda del Sol. Please do not confuse this apartment with the normal basic holiday apartments. If you book this apartment you will not be disappointed. Kind regards David Nicholas.

Why the owner chose an apartment in this location
We bought this fantastic apartment after looking at numerous "bargains" on the coast. We realised Beachside is a MUST when here in Marbella, simply for ease of getting around, walking distance for the family to get to the beach, loads of restaurants and easy transport links. Hacienda del Sol was an easy choice as it was by far the best built, looked superior and had the best pool.
