"Casa La Nouche" is a spacious, privately owned villa situated in the quiet residential area of Cap Marti, Javea, just a few minutes by car to the beautiful sandy Arenal beach. Here you will find shops, restaurants, bars, tennis, water sports, children's play areas and, of course, night life. Javea's busy fishing port and the historic old town are just a few kilometres away.

Utility Room: Outside the kitchen is a small covered utility area with a washing machine.
Living Rooms: Large living room/dining room with plenty of comfortable seating. Set-in wood burning stove with warm air fans. Double doors lead on to a naya (covered terrace) where you can dine al fresco.
Other: All bedrooms have fitted wardrobe, chest of drawers and bedside tables.

Bed linen and towels (including pool/beach towels) are supplied. Maid service can be arranged at extra cost.

 

Notes on accommodation
The accommodation is mostly at first floor level. The bedroom on the ground floor is accessed from the garden terrace area.

Outside
Wide steps lead down to the pool area. The garden is laid mainly to lawn with tiles terraces and is surrounded by hedges, offering a high degree of privacy around the pool which is approximately 11x5m with plenty of room around it to place sun loungers, table and chairs etc. Tiled terraces with sun umbrellas and large gazebo for shade There is a brick built BBQ. The house is situated well away from the main road and has a garage plus parking for several cars.

Coast/Beach
It takes just a few minutes by car to reach the beautiful sandy Arenal beach.

Golf
Javea Golf Course 9 hole, par 72. La Sella Golf Course 18 hole, par 72. Both courses within 10-15 minutes drive by car.

Travel
Alicante and Valencia airports are approximately one and a quarter to one and a half hours away by car.
A list of local car hire companies can be supplied on request.

Denia: approx 10km north - historic castle, shops, port (ferry to Ibiza). Finestrat/Benidorm: approx 50km south - Large shopping centre, hypermarket,Terra Mitica Theme Park and Water Park, Terra Natura Wildlife Park. Aqualandia Water Park, Mundomar (Sea World). Benidorm Palace (Show Spectacular). Vergel: approx 30km north - Safari Park

Further details
Within a short walk of the house you will find three restaurants, a bank and a supermarket (which sells English newspapers and magazines). The beach area is just a few minutes away by car.

Booking notes
A deposit of 20% is required to secure dates. Balance payable 6 weeks before arrival date. A returnable breakage damage deposit of £100 to be paid before or on arrival. Hire of cots, high chairs etc can be arranged.
