The villa is located about 3 km from resort of Novo Sancti Petri and the sea. It is a single storey house set in semi-rural district with wooded areas. The property enjoys sun all day - rising over the pool and setting to the front. The villa is surrounded by a private walled garden. The pool 7.5 x 4m is set with lawns all round and patio area. The villa is approx 1 km from the magnificent La Barrosa beach which can be accessed via walk way along side The Barrosa Garden Hotel. By car the beach is a few minutes drive. There is a commercial Centre approx 1 km with supermarket, Shops, bars, restaurants, pharmacy and banks. The area is typically Spanish and untouched by mass tourism.

Notes on accommodation
The villa has mosquito screens fitted throughout. Please note this is a no smoking villa. I will meet you on arrival at the villa to give you the keys and show your around. Also I will be on call locally if you need any help during your holiday. A welcome pack is left for you at the villa which includes tea, coffee, milk, orange juice, water, bread, butter and jam.
Outside
Fully maintained garden and pool. Pool approx 7.5 x 4m, there is Covered area to front of Villa to sit in shade. 2 patio areas to rear. Barbecue and patio furniture supplied.
Coast/Beach
Approx 1 mile from sea. La Barrosa beach is a large magnificent stretch of golden sand. In high season there are small bars 'chiringuitos' on beach where you can get tapas, drinks and ice creams.
Golf
Within a few minutes walk of the villa there is a Par 3 golf course and practice range and an 18-hole course (with two other 18-hole courses within 5 minutes drive), as well as tennis courts, padel courts and one of the very best beaches in all of Spain. Quad bikes and bicycles are available for hire nearby enabling you to exploring this area.
Special interest holidays
The Costa De La Luz, The Coast of Light, which provides many excellent places for artists to fix up their easels and paint to their hearts content. A visit in Springtime is well worth a visit to admire beautiful open fields showing off their fantastic display of wild flowers.
Travel
Jerez Airport is a 35 minute drive. Gibraltar Airport is a 1 hour 15 minute drive.
Seville Airport is a 1 hour 30 minute drive. Malaga Airport is a 2 hours 30 minute drive. Car hire recommended.
Distances
Travelling south, Gibraltar can be reached by car in just over and hour while from Tarifa (surfing capital of Europe, en route to Gibraltar) you can even catch the ferry or hydrofoil to visit Morocco for the day. For guidance, by car Cadiz is approx 25 minutes away, Jerez 35 minutes, Gibraltar just over an hour and Seville less than 2 hours. Alternatively the Spanish train service is excellent - clean, punctual and cheap.
Further details
The commercial centre has bars, restaurants, banks, supermarket and pharmacy.
With-in 1 mile there is tennis, horse riding and golf.
At Sancti Petri there are many water sports. Wind surfing lessons are available.
Booking notes
A 20% deposit is required with the balance due 5 weeks before arrival. Prices are for the property per week in UK pounds. Euros accepted. There is also a 150 UK pounds refundable damage deposit, payable 5 weeks before arrival, which will be returned to you within seven days of vacating the villa.
