The villa is located about 1 mile from resort of Novo Sancti Petri and the sea. It is a single storey house set in semi-rural district with wooded areas. The property enjoys sun all day - rising over the pool and setting to the front. The villa is surrounded by a private walled garden. The garden is dominated by the pool (approx 24ft) with lawns all round and patio area. The villa is approx 1 mile from the magnificent La Barrosa beach which can be accessed via walk way along side The Barrosa Garden Hotel. By car the beach is a few minutes drive. There is a commercial Centre approx 1 mile with supermarket, Shops, bars, restaurants, pharmacy and banks. The area is typically Spanish and untouched by mass tourism.

Coast/Beach
Approx 1 mile from sea. La Barrosa beach is a large magnificent stretch of golden sand. In high season there are small bars 'chiringuitos' on beach where you can get tapas, drinks and ice creams.
Golf
The villa is approx 1 mile Novo Sancti Petri Golf course the renowned 36 hole Ballesteros designed golf course, one of several in area. Holes go right down to sea.

Gibraltar Airport : 1hr 30.
Sevilla Airport : 1hr 45.

Excellent new motorway links Gibraltar and Jerez. Connecting link to Chiclana and La Barrosa now complete.
Car hire recommended. Airport pickups can be arranged.

At Sancti Petri there are many water sports. Wind surfing lessons are available.
Booking notes
A 20% non-returnable deposit is payable on booking.
Payment in full is required 4 weeks prior to date of arrival.
If payment is not recieved the booking will be cancelled and the client remains liable to pay balance of rental unless another rental can be obtained.
A sum of £200 will be required with final payment as a security deposit - the cheque will be destroyed if the property is left in the correct condition.
