This recently completed 3 bedroom air conditioned townhouse is situated in the truly traditional Spanish town of San Pedro del Pinatar which is only 10 minutes drive from Murcia airport. San Pedro town is only a 5 minute walk away which offers bars, restaurants, several tapas bars & a weekly street market. The towns of Lo Pagan & La Ribera are also within 15 minutes walk. A 15 minute walk away from miles of sandy beaches with safe shallow waters of the Mar Menor which are renowned for its Therapeutic Mud baths with their healing properties. Also nearby are tennis courts, 9 golf courses within 30 minutes drive, horse riding, scuba diving and water skiing on the Mar Menor. There is a large supermarket in the highly modern shopping centre of Dos Mares also 10 minutes drive away. This centre is open 7 days a week and upstairs is a designers paradise.

Accessibility
The property is accessed from road level onto a patio area then a further 5 steps take you into the main living area, kitchen and downstairs bedroom. On the 2nd floor are 2 bedrooms and bathroom and then another staircase takes you to the roof top solarium.

The property has 3 separate sun terraces. The first is on the ground floor which offers table and 6 chairs with parasol and BBQ.
