The villa was completed in October 2005 to a high standard. The prestigious La Cala development is set in pine woodlands a 5 minute drive from the beach, bars and restaurants at Javea and the beautiful cove of Grenadilla. La Sella golf resort is a 15 minute drive. Set in a 1,050sqm plot (¼ acre approx) with 195sqm of accommodation it provides a very comfortable holiday environment. The L shaped private pool is set in a raised terrace and is ideal for both young children and adults. The villa is open plan with a large 20 foot sitting area, dining room and fully equipped kitchen. The bedrooms are off the hallway with the main bedroom benefiting from en suite bath and shower and with direct access to the terrace. The villa is centrally heated and has overhead fans in all rooms. A widescreen TV with English TV stations and home entertainment system is installed for TV viewing, DVDs and CDs. North Costa Blanca is a beautiful part of Spain with a glorious coast line and inland scenery.

Golf
The La Sella golf resort is a 15 min drive and the Oliva Nova resort created by Seve Ballesteros is approx 30 mins away.
Travel
Alicante and Valencia airports are both about 1¼ hour’s drive.
Distances
Moraira, Denia and Calpe are all within 30 min drive. The medieval, fortified town of Guadalest is a 60 min drive.

There are a number of local restaurants and bars that can be reached on foot within a couple of minutes.
