This large apartment situated in the Las Arenas complex in Bahia de Marbella comfortably sleeps 6 in 2 bedrooms. The apartment is beautifully furnished and presented and is fully air conditioned with climate control. The complex is beach fronted and contains 2 swimming pools one large pool and a smaller one for younger kids. Notes on prices
Rental prices for the property are quoted in UK Pounds. To secure any booking we need a deposit of 25% of the full rental costs. An additional £200 refundable deposit against damages and return of keys is required on payment of the deposit - which must be received at least 6 weeks before the date of arrival.

Changeover day
We do not specify changeover days, however arrival can be no earlier than 4:30pm and departure no later than 10:30am unless by prior arrangement.

Bathrooms: Both bathrooms contain large baths, toilet, bidet and double wash basin.
The en-suite also includes a walk-in shower.
Kitchen: Includes dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer, fridge/freezer, toaster, coffee perculator, microwave, oven and 4 ring electric hob.
Living Rooms: TV, DVD, satellite, large U shaped settee and coffee table.
Other: Dining room with large glass dining table and 6 chairs.
Cleaning/towels/
linen/maid service:
Linen and towels are included but beach towels are not - we ask that you do not take apartment towels to the beach. For 2 week stays a linen chane can be organised at the end of the first week.

Notes on accommodation
A childs folding cot and high chair is available in the apartment. Sorry no smokers - no pets.

Accessibility
The ground floor situation is a great benefit to young families or older guests who do not have to compete with stairs.

Outside
Terrace with 8 seater patio table plus 3 lounging chairs. The Las Arenas complex is well known in the area for its beautiful gardens which a lavishly kept and provide a fantastic backdrop for you holiday. The fragrance from the flowers in the evening on the terrace is something to enjoy.

Coast/Beach
The front line Las Arenas complex has its own entrance to the Los Monteros beach which is widely accepted as the best stretch of beach along the Marbella coast.

Golf
The Bahia de Marbella complex (of which Las Arenas is a part) is situated across the road from the Santa Clara golf course and situated very close to the Rio Real course. In fact there are 8 exquisite golf courses within a 10km radius.

Travel
The Bahia de Marbella complex is situated about 25 mins drive from Malaga airport and just off the N340 dual carriageway.

Distances
The complex is adjacent to the Hospital Costa del Sol, and 3km from the Marbella arch.

Further details
We encourage all our guests to update our guest book, giving advice and suggestions to others on how best to use the local facilities and what areas are worth visiting. This has proved very useful and allows people visiting the area to best use their limited time on the site.

Booking notes
We require a 25% booking deposit to secure any booking with the balance, plus a refundable £200 deposit against breakages, at least 8 weeks before the date of arrival.

Hi! My name is Aidan McKay and I live in Northern Ireland. My wife and I work together in our own business and we have 3 kids aged 14, 12 and 8. We travel to Marbella regularly but bought this property on our very first trip there. The complex was beautiful and the apartment itself was perfect for us. Why the owner chose an apartment in this location
We bought this property on our very first visit to Marbella. We had no intention of buying a Spanish property but fell in love with the place, literally at first sight. The gardens are fantastic. The smells from the plants in the evening bring the place to life as a small stream runs between the upper and lower pools. The complex is pretty much horseshoe shaped with the bottom of the horseshoe being opened to the beach through security gates. The sand on the beach is powder white and is regarded as being the best beach in the Costa del Sol. It is not over developed as many in the area are.
