Property located in a peaceful residential lane through almond and olive groves just off the Moraira to Calpe coast road, a short distance from the local beach and supermarket. Use of private kidney shaped pool, own garden and BBQ area and own off road parking.

Changeover day
In the main season (June - September inclusive) the changeover day is Saturday or Sunday. Arrival -after 2pm, please vacate by 10am on day of departure. We offer out of season flexibility so just email for details.

Bedrooms: Bedroom 1: Twin beds, dressing table and hanging space, electric fan.
Bedroom 2: Double bed, wardrobe and electric fan.
If a cot/highchair is required, please request at time of booking.
Bathrooms: Bathroom with shower, WC and wash basin.
Kitchen: Fitted kitchen with hob, oven, microwave and fridge.
Utility Room: Washing machine in outside utility room.
Living Rooms: Open plan lounge/diner with sofa and easy chairs, dining table, chairs, stereo and fans, French doors leading onto terrace and pool.
Cleaning/towels/
linen/maid service:
Electricity, bed linen and towels included in price. Weekly change of towels and bed linen. Apartment will be cleaned for guests on arrival. Please bring your own pool and beach towels.

 

Notes on accommodation
The accommodation is suitable for children, please request cot and highchair if required. Regrettably, it is not suitable for anyone who is disabled. We do not accept pets.

There is a private kidney shaped pool (8x4m) with sun loungers/umbrellas. Private patio area with BBQ, table and chairs, private garden area.

Coast/Beach
The nearest beach is La Fustera and is a 3 minute drive by car. The small cove of Les Bassettes is a 5 mins drive away and offers wind-surfing, kayaking and catamaran sailing and scuba diving with English instruction. Calpe beach is a 6 mins drive and has 3 blue flag award beaches and has many cafes and bars along it's seafront.

Golf
A good range of golf courses between 15 mins and 1 hour drive from the apartment.

Travel
Alicante airport is 1 hour drive on the A7. Valencia airport is 90 mins drive on the A7. A car is necessary and you can arrange this from Alicante airport if you would like.

Distances
The nearest town is Calpe 4 miles, Moraira is about 5 miles. The beautiful Jalon valley is about 20 minutes drive with it's mountainous terrain, orange groves and vineyards

Further details
The nearest supermarket and bank is at La Fustera and is only a 3 mins drive. Various restaurants, cafe's etc are within a few minutes drive.

Booking notes
Saturday - Saturday or Sunday - Sunday bookings accepted. A deposit of £100 per week is required with balance to be paid 21 days prior to your holiday. Please make cheques payable to Mrs. E.L. Murley.
