Four adults are very comfortable here, plus there is a sleeper sofa in the living room that could suit two more people. The apartment is fully equipped throughout with new furniture, fixtures and fittings. The rooftop terrace is very large, quiet and partly shaded, with excellent views of the coast and hillsides. It is an ideal place to enjoy a relaxing meal or sunbathe. The terrace is equipped with a dining table, chairs and sun beds. You will find a cooker, an oven, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster and a coffee maker. There is also a dishwasher and a washing machine. Cutlery, crockery, glassware and cooking utensils are provided. Air conditioning and heating ensures that the apartment is comfortable year round. |

Outside
The properties provide access to 2 very attractive community pools, each within a one minute walk. The pools are generally open May to September. The community is set in lovely gardens. Each of the properties has a BBQ.
Coast/Beach
A variety of attractive beaches lie within a 5-10 min drive, some of which can be reached on foot.
Golf
There is an excellent new golf course in Motril, about 15 mins drive away, plus other golf courses within 30 mins drive.
Skiing
Skiing in the Sierra Nevada mountains is available in the winter and early spring. This is Spain's premiere ski resort, near the city of Granada.
Travel
Malaga and Granada airports are each about one hour away by car.
Distances
Almunecar is 5 min away, Granada about 45 mins and Seville about 2 hours.
