Changeover day
Changeover days are usually Saturdays in peak season however we are flexible on this, please feel free to ask.
Entry after 3pm on day of arrival, vacate by 10am on day of departure please.

Bedrooms: Bedroom 1 with double bed with mirrored sliding wardrobe and drawers. A safe is provided within the wardrobe.
Bedroom 2 with twin beds with wardrobe and drawers.
Bathrooms: Bathroom with WC, large walk in shower and vanity unit.
Kitchen: kitchen with fridge, cooker, ceramic hob, washing machine and microwave.
Living Rooms: Large lounge/dining room with table and chairs, 2 reclining leather sofas, TV with Sky Freeview, DVD player, radio, CD player and air conditioning/heating.
Cleaning/towels/
linen/maid service:
Towels and linen are provided for use within the apartment. Beach towels are not supplied. Cleaning and Llnen changed at begining and end of rental period. Arrangements can be made for linen change at additional cost if required.

Accessibility
The apartment is accessed through its own gated entrance with no steps to negotiate.
The town centre and the beautiful Balcon De Europa is just a 5 minute level walk.

Outside
Patio table and 4 chairs are provided. Enjoy you breakfast in the early morning sun on the east facing patio. As the sun moves to the west, welcoming shade is given.
For the sun worshipers there are plenty of areas around the landscaped grounds and pool to stretch out in the sun all day!

Coast/Beach
Nerja has many beatiful beaches, 3 are within a few minutes stroll from the apartment. The largest and most famous, Burriana beach, can also be reached within a 15 mins walk.

Travel
Nerja is situated just 45 mins drive from Malaga airport. Taxis, buses and car hire are available at the airport.
Due to the position of Acapulco Playa a car is not essential as all facilities of the town and beaches are within easy walking distance.

Booking notes
20% deposit is required to be paid within 10 days of booking. Full payment 8 weeks prior to arrival.
For late bookings of less than 8 weeks full payment will be required within 10 days of bookings.
