Changeover day
Changeover days in high summer are Saturdays, but can be flexable depending on bookings at other times. Arrival time is 4pm but may be able to be changed by prior arrangement depending on bookings.

| Cleaning/towels/ linen/maid service: |
All the linen, towels, pool towels, are provided - guest are asked to wash the towels etc. during their stay. Full cleaning of the villa is carried out before guests arrive and after they leave. Extra maid service can be arranged. |

Notes on accommodation
Air conditioning/heating is provided in the lounge, two master bedrooms,and twin bedroom, ceiling fans are installed in all bedrooms. For an extra charge - central heating is available for the winter months also a gas fire in the lounge. Pool heating can also be arranged as can the use of the hot tub/jacuzzi - this is set in a quiet corner surrounded by lush planting and is a great way to end the day.
Outside
BBQ and breakfast terrace. A Spanish style BBQ and covered gazebo dining area is located in the gardens at the side of the 10x5 private pool. This shady dining area is ideal for dining in the heat of the day or on balmy evenings under the stars. The breakfast terrace, just outside the lounge, is idea for enjoying an alfresco breakfast while watching the sun rise. A table tennis table has been built at the rear of the villa and is available for guest use. Secure parking for 4 cars on 2 separate drives.
Coast/Beach
Lively Torrevieja, with its bustling promenade, daily market, seafood restaurants and clubs is only 10km and blue flag beaches are just 7km. The area has both lively beaches and more secluded beaches set in pinewoods.
Golf
The La Marquesa Golf Course is just 5 mins away and there are 4 other championship courses within a 30 min drive.
Travel
Both Alicante and Murcia airports are approx 40 mins drive.
Distances
The excellent local road networks make it easy to travel to the larger towns of Murcia (40 mins). Elche (30 mins). Alicante (50 mins) and Benidorm with its Theme Park (60 min).
Booking notes
A 20% deposit is required when booking and the balance is due 70 days before the start of the rental period. A refundable security deposit of £300 will be requested - this will be returned to you, in accordance with our Terms and Conditions, once the villa has been checked following your departure.
