This is normally saturday but can be flexible depending upon other occupations.

Kitchen: Newly refurbished with black stone work surface incorporating stainless steel sink, hob and built in oven. Large seperate fridge freezer. Most electrical devises you can need together with more than sufficient plates, glasses etc.
Utility Room: With washing machine and dryer. All cleaning materials.
Living Rooms: With satellite TV, home cinema system twin sofas and 6 person dining table.

Towels and linen are provided. Cleaned on day of arrival.

With well maintained, quite and enclosed communal gardens, very large communal pool adjacent to and overlooked by the property. The property also has a private front patio with table and chairs between it and the pool. There is a large roof solarium with BBQ, sunbeds and table and chairs. Sea views from all levels of property. Pool has lifeguard in the peak season.

Coast/Beach
Within 3 mins walk of the best beach around Marbella.

Golf
Within 5 mins of the nearest course. A dozen courses can be reached within 30 mins. This is the Costa del Golf!

Skiing
The property is 2 hours from Sierra Nevada. A days skiing can be had and return to the property within the same day. You can be on the beach in the morning and on the slopes in the afternoon!

Travel
Malaga airport can be reached in 35 mins by car.

Distances
The property is in Costabella, 3 miles from Marbella but within walking distance of all facilities required for a quite stay, restaurants, shops and bars.

Further details
All required facilities are on hand including shops, restaurants and bars. Gibralta, Morroco, Portugal, Saville and skiing in the Sierra Nevada are all within a day trip reach. Locally there is more than enough to do and the weather in the local climate is the best in mainland Europe with 330 days of sunshine every year.

Booking notes
A deposit is required of 50% of the hire fee at the time of booking. The remainder of the fee plus £250 is payable 4 weeks before occupation. The £250 will be returned within 14 days of vacation with any breakages accounted for at reasonable rates.
