There is also a BBQ area near the ample 26ft swimming pool, which provides the perfect setting in which to sit back, relax and unwind whilst enjoying the stunning uninterrupted views over Lake Vinuela and the majestic mountain peak of La Maroma in the distance. The Villa offers peace and tranquility yet is only a 15 minute drive from Torre Del Mar with its beach, bars and restaurants if you want a more lively atmosphere. The nearest village is Los Romanes, which is just 4 minutes away and has several very good restaurants, two small supermarkets, village bars and an olive mill.

Changeover day
Changeover day is Saturday. The villa is available for 4pm on the day of arrival and must be vacated by 11am on the day of departure. This may be flexible out of season.

Notes on accommodation
A car is essential to fully enjoy your holiday at Casa Los Lomas. The pool area can not be separated from the main patio area which means that small children cannot be left unattended. Sorry but no pets allowed.
Outside
The villa sits in over an acre of its own land, containing a private pool (8x4m), 4 car driveway, large brick built BBQ, large circular table sitting up to 6 people, 5 sunlouger beds, a sun umbrella and over 100m2 of tiled terraces.
Coast/Beach
The villa is 20 mins drive away from the large beach of Torre Del Mar.
Golf
Rincon de la Victoria golf course is approx 30 mins and Baviera Golf is approx 25 mins away.
Skiing
Sierra Nevada is approx 90 mins away.
Special interest holidays
Drawing and painting are very popular in the area due to the dramatic views.
Travel
The nearest and largest airport is Malaga which is about 45mins drive. Granada airport is now becoming more popular with some cheap no frills flights from the UK. From here it is about 75 mins drive to the Villa and is very easy to find (directions supplied from both airports). Car hire is essential and is relatively cheap from both airports so long as you pre-book.

Nearest restaurant is just 100yrds away with others 5 mins drive away. Nearest village 5 mins. Nearest shops 8 mins. Velez-Malaga (with large supermarket) 15 mins. Nerja 35 mins. Malaga 45 mins. Granada 1 hour 15 mins. Seville/Cordoba 2 hours.
Further details
The local Medical centre, a small supermarket and a cash machine can be found in the village of La Vinuela just 8 mins away. There is also a good water park in Torre Del Mar, across from Eroski, the large shopping center.
Booking notes
A deposit of 25% is payable upon booking, with the remaining balance payable 8 weeks prior to your arrival. A security deposit of £150 is also to be paid 8 weeks prior to your arrival, which (all being well) shall be refunded to you within 10 days after your departure.
