Fully furnished to a high standard in a modern private urbanization with quiet sub tropical pool area and security. The complex overlooks La Duquesa Golf (8th hole) which is very close to Puerto de la Duquesa. The port and beach is a 5 min walk which has all the bars, restaurants and shops you will need.

Changeover day
Arrival and departure days are flexible, you are not tied down to Saturday to Saturday bookings. Arrival and departure times are also flexible, unless we have a same day hand over/take over (depart by 11am, arrive after 2pm).

Bedrooms: The main bedroom (just off from the lounge) is en-suite and can be a double or twin bed.
Bedroom 2 (upstairs) is en-suite and can be a double or twin bed.
Bedroom 3 (upstairs) can be a double or twin bed.
A large sofa bed can be used in the lounge.
Bathrooms: En-suite bathroom 1 has a bath/shower, WC, bidet and sink.

There is a separate WC just off the lounge.
Kitchen: The kitchen comes fully equipped with washing machine, dishwasher, large fridge/freezer, microwave, kettle, toaster and cooker with hob.
Living Rooms: The lounge area has a dining table (6 chairs), TV, DVD, Sky (free to view), sofa bed (double), radio/CD Player, books, DVDs and games.

Towels, linen, beach towels are provided, the apartment is cleaned before occupancy. Villa valeting staff meet and greet you and are at hand at all times.

The apartment has a small balcony with table and chairs and electric BBQ. There are 3 sets of Golf clubs for you to use free of charge. The apartment has hot/cold air conditioning.

Accessibility
The complex has a lift to all floors with smooth paths all around the pool area.

Outside
The private communal pool area is set in a quite sub tropical location overlooking a golf course, it has 2 pools: a large and a small children's one. There are grassed & concreted areas for sunbathing.

Coast/Beach
The local Sabinillas/Duquesa beach is a 4-6 min walk, the beach streaches all the way to Estepona (7-8 miles away).

Courses available in the area, standard rates (no buggies or lunch) at 01/01/2007. Almenara 65 euro 20 min drive from apartment. Dona Julia 57 euro 8 min drive. La Canada 46 euros 15 min drive. Estepona 49 euro 12 min drive. Duquesa 49 euro 4 min drive. Los Flamingos 89 euro 22 min drive. Paraiso 72 euro 25 min drive. Sotogrande no rate at the moment 18 min drive. Skiing
The Sierra Navada Mountain range is a 2 hour drive.

Golf Tours If you are looking for a boys or girls golfing trip, a full package can be arranged.

Travel
Airports in the area are Malaga (most popular 55 min drive). Gibraltar (closest, 25 min drive). Jerez (cheapest, 80 min drive). I always use a Hire Car, gives you the choice to get out & about whenever you want, I have used golf-service.com & holidayautos.com for hire cars.

Distances
Duquesa port is next to Sabinillas on one side and Castillo on the other. Estepona is a 10 min drive. Marbella/Porto Banus is a 25 min drive. Gibraltar is a 23 min drive (duty free). Other places of interest are Rhonda, Gaucín and Casares (white wash towns) Sevilla (Flamenco, Oranges), Jerez (Sherry) and Morocco, (Africa) is just a short ferry crossing.
