Changeover day
Arrival after 4pm. Departure before 10am but can be flexible. Changeover days are flexible but we prefer Saturday.

Notes on accommodation
Air conditioning in ground floor bedrooms and living room. All rooms are fitted with fans. Mosquito blinds on lounge and all bedroom windows. Air conditioning units and central heated ground floor (extra costs). Fans located in all upstairs bedrooms.

Accessibility
Steps from the parking area to the villa may prove unsuitable for elderly or disabled guests.
Outside
Balcony to front of villa. BBQ and terrace, 12 garden chairs, 8 beach chairs. Shady garden to rear of property with a variety of trees. Parking for 3 cars, 2 on drive and one in car port.
Coast/Beach
Moraira has 2 safe sandy beaches and numerous little rocky coves. The town has grown from a small fishing village into an attractive holiday resort which still retains its local charm. You can walk to beaches but it is recommended to use a car as we are on a hill and will only take 5 mins.
Golf
The Club De Golf Ifach on the San Jaime urb is a 9 hole, par 60, 3408m course with surrounding views of the Pennon de Ifach being on a 2-3 minute walk from the villa. There are around 8 other courses within a hour's drive.
Travel
Alicante airport 80km. Valencia airport 100km. Nearest motorway junction Exit 63 A7 Motorway is 10km away.
Distances
Calpe 2km. Benidorm 30km.
Further details
There is an abundance of restaurants, bars and shops which crowd around the harbour side.

Deposit of £100 on booking. Balance due 8 weeks prior to travel with £150 security deposit. We send keys direct to you via registered post.
