Casa Gregori is a traditional 3 storey Spanish townhouse in Mora D´Ebro, just 600 yards from the riverbank set amongst real Spanish neighbours. Casa Gregori makes a perfect base for any type of holiday; fishing, bird-watching, sightseeing, wine tasting, exploring, hiking, boating, you can enjoy it all. The golden beaches of the Costa Dorado are just a 30 minute drive away and 2 major Water Parks and a major MGM studios Theme Park are a mere 40 minute drive away in Salou. Although the location of Casa Gregori is quiet, shops bars and restaurants are just a 2 minute walk away. This location has something for everyone.

Kitchen: Full sized cooker, fridge, microwave, washing machine, iron, ironing board, clothes airer, toaster and kettle.
Living Rooms: Lounge with English satellite TV, DVD player, plus bed settee (choice of double bed or 2 singles).
Other: Separate dining room with small balcony.
Cleaning/towels/
linen/maid service:
Bath towels, hand towels and tea towels provided. All bed linen provided. Beach towels available for hire. Property will be cleaned and all linen changed weekly if your stay extends to 2 weeks or more.

 

Notes on accommodation
Starter pack of coffee, teabags, sugar, milk, washing-up liquid, toilet rolls and washing powder included.

All stairs have child gates for use if needed. A cot will be provided if requested.

Accessibility
Due to its inherent nature, the property may not be suitable for people with mobility problems as it is set over three floors with two staircases. If you have any doubts, please do not hesitate to contact us for advice.

Coast/Beach
The beautiful beaches of the Costa Dorado are just a 30 min drive or train ride away. With all types to choose from ranging from rocky coves to wide sandy family oriented beaches.

Golf
There are 2 local golf courses within a 20 min drive of the property. One is a full 18 hole golf course and although the other is not classified as such due to shorter holes, it is equally as challenging due to its setting.

Travel
Reus airport served by RyanAir is a 40 min drive or train ride away. Barcelona airport served by Easyjet is a 2 hour drive or train ride away. Reaching Mora D´Ebro is very simple and straightforward by train (timetables emailed by request). However, if you wish to visit local villages and beauty spots during your holiday, a hire car is recommended. If you prefer not to drive we run a complimenary pick up service to and from the local train station. Airport pickups available by prior arrangement.

We have lived here in Catalunya for 8 years with our two teenage boys and our Golden Retriever, love the lifestyle and the culture, and have built up very good relationships with our Spanish neighbours over the years. Ask us anything you need to know about Mora D´Ebre or the local area, and if we don´t already know the answer, we will happily find out for you.

Why the owner chose a home in this location
We love this area mainly because of the beautiful River Ebro, but also because it has all the facilities you could want (shops, restaurants, bars, banks, post office, hospital, schools, etc) while still retaining its small market town nature. It is also incredibly central for such a wide ranging choice of tourist facilities from natural parks to theme parks; from golden beaches to water parks; from wine bodegas to night clubs; from tranquil waterfalls to wide rivers. There really is something here for everyone!

Unique benefits of the property
When you choose Casa Gregori as your holiday destination you will find yourself not only central to all the tourist attractions you could wish for, but also central to all the towns facilities. Just a 2 minute stroll finds you either at the river front with its summertime open air bars, fishing and boating, or at any one of the numerous local shops bars or restaurants.
