Casa Soleada is set in the Jalon Valley, with stunning views of the Valley and mountains. 5 minutes walk into the Village of Alcalali, which offers shops, restaurants and bars. The villa is well appointed and furnished and is on a flat plot. Fully central heated for those winter stays. There is a library of DVDs and CDs together with limited Sky TV. Our English speaking Management Company is available to ensure that you enjoy your stay at Casa Soleada.

Prices are for the property per week in UK pounds. Please contact us with regard to any long winter lets and we shall work out a price together dependent on your needs and requirements.
Changeover day
Bookings are Saturday to Saturday unless by special arrangement. Arrival after 3pm. Departure before 10.30am - although we will try and be as flexible as possible.
Accommodation
| Bedrooms: | Master bedroom, with king size, portable TV/DVD and en-suite. Large patio doors leading to naya. Bedroom 2 has two single beds. Bedroom 3 has a double bed. Duvets are provided for winter stays. Each bedroom window has fly-screens. |

| Kitchen: | Electric oven, gas hob, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave and washing machine. Well equipped with cooking utensils, crockery and cutlery. |
| Living Rooms: | Wood-burning fire, TV with limited Sky programs, DVD and CD players together with a selection of films and music. Dining room table and chairs. Large patio doors leading to covered patio area (naya) and pool with spectacular views. |

All bedding, towels and tea towels are included and changed weekly. Pool and beach towels are not provided. |

Quad biking, tennis courts, 25m swimming pool within 15 mins. Benidorm, Terra Mitica Theme Park, safari park, water sports and miles of wonderful beaches all within easy driving distance from Casa Soleada. Excellent restaurants good walking and cycling. Local markets.
Travel
Car hire is essential and we are approx 1 hour from both Alicante and Valencia Airports - we would be delighted to assist you in obtaining quotes for flights and car hire. Detailed instructions on how at get to Casa Soleada will be provided via email, post or fax.
Distances
Local shops, bars and restaurants are all within a 5 min walk from the Villa. Jalon is approx 3km away with a lovely selection of shops bars and restaurants and a local market on a Saturday morning. Large supermarkets in Calpe and Benissa both within 25 mins drive. Banks with ATM's can be found in Alcalali and Jalon.
Booking notes
Bookings are secured with a 20% deposit. Reservations by telephone will be held for 7 days until payment of the deposit is received, confirmation will be forwarded to you via email, fax or post. Balance due from you six weeks prior to departure.
