Beautifully furnished 2 bedroom apartment in the recently built Los Violetas complex, situated in the popular resort of Villamartin. Conveniently located, 2 minutes walk to the Villamartin Plaza with a large choice of restaurants and bars, a supermarket for everyday provisions, banking facilties, a pharmacy along with other boutiques. A good sized, children friendly shared pool is barely 50 metres away and a childrens play area another 50 metres away. For golfers there are three courses within a 5-10 minute drive: Villamartin, Las Ramblas and Campoamor, and several more within a 30 minute drive. For those who like to sunbathe there is the choice of the roof solarium (a real sun trap), relaxing by the pool or the blue flag beaches of La Zenia and Cabo Roig, a five minute drive away. Excellent location for exploring both the coast and inland and Golfing.

Coast/Beach
The Costa Blanca is renowned for its' abundance of beautiful white sandy beaches, many of which have been awarded a Blue Flag rating. The nearest are La Zenia, Cabo Roig and Dehesa de Campoamor, which are within a 5 - 10 minute drive, and enjoy a very clean and safe family environment - the gentle sloping sand being ideal for children. Pedalos and water sports can be found at some of the other local beaches.
A courtesy shuttle bus runs between Villmartin & the beach during peak season.
Golf
Villamartin is an 18 hole championship golf course, situated within a five minute walk from the apartment. A further two championship golf courses within a 10 min drive at Lomas de Campoamor, and Las Ramblas de Orihuela. All courses are 18 holes and green fees are about € 45 (reductions for couples). Golf carts are available for about € 20-25. There are several other golf courses within a 20-30 minute drive.
Travel
Nearest Airports - Alicante approx 45 minutes & Murcia approx 25 minutes.
A car is recommended.
Distances
The lively town of Torrevieja is 15 minutes drive, renowned for it's long sandy beach, beautiful marinas and esplanade. There is a big variety of bars, restaurants, cafes and shops. There is a daily bric-a-brac market and a large weekly market.
Further details
Villamartin Plaza has a large variety of restaurants and bars to suit all tastes. It also has bank, pharmacy, newsagent, supermarket for everyday provisions, health centre, hairdressers and other boutiques.
Many activities such as tennis, go-karting, horse-riding, sailing and scuba driving are available locally. The water park Aquopolis is situated in Torrevieja 15 mins drive. Terra Mitica theme park is north of Alicante.
Booking notes
A non refundable deposit of £75 per week is required on booking. The balance is payable 6 weeks before departure together with a £50 security deposit which will be refunded in full following departure, subject to all keys being returned, no damage or excess cleaning required. Bookings made less than 6 weeks before occupancy paid in full at time of booking.
