Changeover day
The changeover day is flexible.
| Bedrooms: | Bedroom 1 has a king size bed, large dressing area with fitted wardrobes, en-suite bathroom and private sun terrace. Bedroom 2 has twin beds and fitted wardrobe. Bedroom 3 has twin beds and fitted wardrobe. |
| Bathrooms: | En-suite bathroom to bedroom 1 with bath, separate shower, WC and bidet. Bathroom 2 has a shower over bath and WC. There is also a WC on the ground floor. |
| Kitchen: | The fully equipped kitchen has a gas cooker/hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, microwave, toaster and electric kettle. |
| Utility Room: | The utility room is off the kitchen. It has a single sink, washing machine, ironing board and iron. |
| Living Rooms: | The spacious lounge diner has 2 large leather sofas and dining suite for 6 people. TV with 24 Sky UK channels, including sport, news, movie and main terrestrial stations. There is also a DVD player and Hi-Fi unit with a selection of movies and CDs. |
| Cleaning/towels/ linen/maid service: |
The rental rates include bed linen and towels for bathroom use (please bring your own pool and beach towels). The villa will be cleaned and beds made prior to your arrival. |
Notes on accommodation
All bedrooms have pedestal mounted cooling fans. For the cooler weather there is central heating and an open log burner in the lounge. There are 2 hairdryers. Smoking inside the villa is not permitted.
Accessibility
Due to its location we do not consider the villa suitable for the elderly or infirm and is not wheelchair accessible.
Outside
Villa Karena is built on a private plot of 635sqm over 3 levels. The 8x4m pool and large sun terrace is located on the lowest level and equipped with 7 loungers and 2 parasols. The naya has a large outdoor dining table and 6 chairs. The garden is well stocked, laid to gravel and regularly maintained. A charcoal BBQ is also provided.
Coast/Beach
The main beach area of Javea (Xabia) with its wide range of restaurants, bars and excellent family beach is a 10 - 15 min drive away. It also has a port/marina with a further selection of shops, restaurants and bars. Javea is a great place to go with the family as it is vibrant yet very safe.
Golf
We are a 10 min drive from the Jose Maria Olazabal designed La Sella (Marriott) golf course, there are 3 more courses within 15km radius four more within a 45 min drive.
Travel
Villa Karena is approx 1 hour’s drive from the airports of Valencia and Alicante, via the excellent A7 Motorway. A car is essential when booking this villa.
Booking notes
A 25% deposit is required on booking. The final payment and £150 refundable damage deposit is required 6 weeks before the holiday commences. The damage deposit will be returned (minus any deductions if applicable) after the property has been inspected and within 7 days of vacating the villa.
