Fully equipped throughout and with central heating and air conditioning. Bathroom and second toilet, kitchen, lounge and terraces, garage and patio garden.

Prices are on the property per week in euros. We do not charge per person. Maximum 6.
For weekend or short breaks of less than 1 week (not available July or August) the charge is 75 euros per night. For stays longer than 2 weeks off peak, the price is reduced (please ask for further information). 100 euros discount for couples only in May/June and September.

Changeover days can be flexible to fit in with flight times, subject to other bookings.

Bathrooms: Upstairs there is a bath with shower over bath, second toilet and washbasin on ground floor.
Kitchen: Electric cooker and ceramic hob, fridge/freezer, washing machine and dishwasher, microwave, kettle & toaster.
Living Rooms: Large lounge/diner with 2 comfy sofas, table and chairs with TV and DVD player. Patio doors leading to front terrace with garden furniture.
Other: There is a fully paved garden leading out from the kitchen and a large garage for private parking.
There is also full gas central heating to radiators in all the rooms and air conditioning on the ground floor.
Cleaning/towels/

Clean bed linen and towels are supplied weekly. Weekly cleaning can be arranged if required at a small charge.

Notes on accommodation
Villa accommodates families but we would like to advise that it may not be suitable for toddlers or babies as there is an open tread staircase.
Access to the property is via steps.

Outside
There is a fully paved patio garden with garden furniture, clothes line and barbecue.

Coast/Beach
The villa is 15 minutes walk to both a safe family beach with bars, restaurants and shops or a quieter wide sandy beach also safe for swimming. Although public transport is very good and reasonable if you wish to explore more of Cataluna then we would advise you to hire a car.

Golf
Golf is available locally.

Travel
Reus is the nearest airport, just a 25 minute drive away, and Barcelona 50 minutes drive. Both airports have good rail links to Torredembarra, or car hire is available.

Distances
Tarragona is a 10 minute car journey, Barcelona is a 50 minute drive or 45 minutes train journey. Sitges is a 30 minute drive and Salou is only 25 minutes drive away.

Further details
Torredembarra is a small but lively coastal town with supermarkets and good shops, restaurants and bars, a favourite with the Spanish tourists. The Roman town of Tarragona, with plenty of museums and sightseeing, together with lovely beaches is a 10 minute drive away. A visit to nearby Port Aventura/Aquaparc make a great day out for the children. Barcelona is just a 45 minute train journey with a frequent service and has all the attractions a cosmopolitan city has to offer.

Booking notes
A 25% deposit is required on initial booking and final payment is due 21 days before arrival. A 100 euros damages deposit is required and held against breakages and safe return of keys. Weekly cleaning can be arranged if required at a small charge.
