This detached luxury villa is located in the mountains overlooking Gata de Gorgos, a short walk to the town for good eating and local bars with views to the sea of Javea. This villa has very large rooms, ground floor has a large dining room - lounge, fully fitted kitchen, utility room - washing machine, hall and cloakroom. The bedrooms are on 2 floors with the master bedroom on the top floor with private balcony. Take a 15 min drive to the ports of Javea and Denia with their fantastic long sandy beaches, international cuisine and wonderful shopping. The location benefits from a the cool evening breezes during the hot summers. Large terraces for alfresco eating, sun bathing with a covered naya for shade.

This our own luxury home & the second time we have ventured to rent it out, we have a managing neighbour/agent to meet and greet you, who will be on hand to assist when required. Minimum 2 weeks - ask?

Friday/Saturday/Sunday, or midweek, we are very flexble and will accommodate bookings to suit low cost flights, just ask!

Gata de Gorgos has all the major Spanish banks, supermarkets, pharmacies etc., Javea and Denia have every major convenience required, also Denia's major ferry port for the Balearic islands. Javea has the magical sandy beach of Arenal with a great variety of places to eat around the Arenal bay, and the port area has amazing fish restaurants.
Booking notes
Deposit of 30% to secure property at the time of the booking, balance payable 6 weeks before the rental together with the damage deposit of £300, refundable after the rental by cheque, assuming all is in order. Valeting/cleaning paid locally at 70 euros.
