From the nice porche of approx. 30 sqm you can enjoy the view into the garden and to the pool. The villa is set in rural and calm environment next to the pine forest of Roche with some other nice villas in the proximities. The next sandy coves, called "Cala de Aceite" and "Cala Puntalejos" are approx. 2 Km away. On a walk through the forest or along the cliffs you can enjoy the beautiful landscape of Roche Viejo. The large, well tended garden is completely fenced. Palm trees and blossoming shrubs complete the lovely Andalusian garden landscape. The pool measures 9x5m and has a shallow end at the Roman steps. There is a nice barbecue area near the pool. Garden table with 6 chairs, and 4 loungers. Entrance with automatic slide door.
