This is a recently restored original stone house with some traditonal features and its own vineyard nestling amongst the vine slopes of the Ribeira Sacra with a breathtaking vista of the Rio Sil. It is situated in the tranquil location of Portabrosmos and consists of two bedrooms, a large, spacious open plan kitchen/dining/living room (45sqm), a circular staircase, two courtyards (one for dining the other for sunbathing or literally just chilling out) and a front courtyard with parking for one car.

| Kitchen: | Hob, fridge freezer, microwave, kettle and toaster. Fully equipped with china and linens and from 2008 a washing machine and dishwasher. |
| Living Rooms: | Dining room: Table and chairs seat six. Lounge: Two sofas (doubling as sofa beds), coffee table, lamp and television Various reading material and games. |

The tiled outer dining area, shaded by vines, is equipped with a garden table and six chairs with views overlooking the vineyard and river. The adjoining courtyard contains six sun loungers and parasol also overlooking the river and vineyards.

The river is accessible at Portabrosmos (10 minute walk around the vineyards).
Golf

Ourense: The town offers a large shopping area with banks, bars and restaurants as well as an outdoor natural hot water spa for only three euros (yes even in summer).
