Notes on accommodation
The apartment is located in a smart small block in a quiet area with entry phone for your security. The building is approached by a short flight of steps and then a lift is available will take you to the apartment which is located on the 3rd (top) floor, so no noise from overhead!

Accessibility
The apartment building is approached by ten steps to the entrance foyer, all other areas, apart from the roof terrace, are accessed via the lift.

Outside
Large communal swimming pool and gardens. The balcony to apartment can be enclosed with glass sliding windows for cooler days.

Coast/Beach
The beach is located just a stone's throw from the apartment. Turn one way and you can enjoy a stroll along a natural beach to traditional bars/restaurants. In the other direction you can enjoy strolling along the paved rugged coastline, past bars, restaurants and gardens, into the heart of the town.

Golf
The Baviera Golf Club is just 15km away at Velez Anoreta Golf Club, whilst the Rincon de la Victoria course is 30km away.

Travel
Malaga Airport is 50km. A car is not necessary as everything is within walking distance.

Distances
The famous prehistoric caves of Nerja are just a short car journey away. The local market takes place weekly nearby.

Further details
Local shops, restaurants, tapas bars, banks and supermarkets are all within a short walk of the apartment. Activities nearby include walking/hiking, water-skiing, snorkelling, fishing, paragliding, cycling, riding, tennis and go-karting.

Prices quoted are in UK Pounds and are for 7 days for apartment, not per person. 25% deposit payable on booking, balance payable 6 weeks prior to arrival date (both non-refundable), and can be paid by cheque or bank transfer. We recommend that you take out adequate travel insurance to cover you in case of illness etc.
