We are not able to take bookings for less than 3 nights. There is a charge of £5 per person for bookings of over 2 people. I can sometimes fit in 2 day bookings, please email and will do the best I can.
Changeover day
Flexible. The property must be vacated by 12.00 pm on the day of departure if there is another booking but checkout and in times can vary , check in 2.00pm if there is a booking checking out the same time.

The Ramblas is the most famous shopping street in Barcelona with lots of bars, restaurants and shops and within 2 minutes walk from the flat. Plaza Cataluna is 10 minutes walk away and here you can take public transport to Sitges, Costa Brava etc.The local beach in Barcelona is only 10 Minutes walk from the apt.
There are three public parking places within five minutes walk from the apartment.

We require a deposit to hold the reservation. Please note that we cannot accept payment by credit card.
I can sometimes do 2 day bookings if it fits in with other bookings that I might have.
