Changeover day
Changeover day is flexible. Guests arrive from 1.30pm and vacate 10:30am.

Outside
Large terrace area around the outside of the villa. Private swimming pool of 10mx4m with a large spacious patio offering sun and shaded areas complete with sun lounges. BBQ area and a changing room for the pool. This includes a wc, wash basin, power shower and washing machine.
Coast/Beach
Within 20 mins drive is San Juan de Terreros. This quaint spot offers 2 sandy beaches and coves framed by a palmed tree walkway. There are a number of restaurants and bars on offer if you need to take a break from the beach.
Local beaches: Garrucha, Vera playa, Mojacar Playa,Villaricos and Carboneras. All these beaches are within 25 minutes drive ,they are safe, clean with long stretches of sand and suitable for all ages.
Golf
Within 20 minutes there are the following courses: Marina de la Torre Mojacar: Par 72 course distance of 5700m. The golf course is built next to the sea complete with flat fairways and water features to test your skills. Valle del Este Vera: Par 71 distance of 5751m. This course has elevated tees, flat greens and water features in a natural setting. Desert Springs Palomares: Par 72 distance of 6179m. This was the first desert course in Europe with wonderful fairways, water features and desert terrain make a challenging golf day.
Travel
The closest airport to our accommodation is Almeria (80km) approx 50 minutes drive via the E15 motorway. Other options are Murcia (144km), approx 1.5 hours. Alicante (224km) 1.75 hours. All airlines fly to these airports.

Huercal Overa 10 minutes. San Jaun de Torres 20 minutes. Garrucha 20 minutes. Mojacar Playa 20 minutes. Villaricos 20 minutes. Granada 2.5 hours. Lorca 1 hour.
Further details
Huercal Overa: This town has good facilities with numerous restaurants, shops and banks. At Easter a procession of floats celebrates the passing of Christ, statues are carried through the town by church representatives. Local activities within 10 to 30 minutes drive: Mini Hollywood, water park, caving, horse riding, scuba diving, snorkelling, walking, cycling, numerous restaurants and bars.

Payment Details:
A deposit of 30% is required to reserve accommodation within 10 working days of the email confirmation from us. If we have not received cleared funds within this timeframe, then the we reserve the right to accept alternative bookings.
The balance must be paid in full 8 weeks prior to arrival date. If the balance is not received on the due date, we reserve the right to accept alternative bookings.
