Changeover day
Changeover days are flexible depending on time of year, other bookings and enquiries. Arrivals are after 3pm and departures prior to 10.30am (also flexible).

Coast/Beach
The beach at Caleta de Velez (10 mins walk) has its own fishing port and Marina offering sailing opportunuties and boat trips.
Golf
Baviera Golf is located on the spurs of the Sierra Almijara, lies in a valley, boasting an ideal microclimate for practising golf.
Travel
Malaga airport is about 25 miles away. Car hire is recommended.
Distances
The very popular coastal town of Nerja is about 12 miles away and Torre del Mar with its long promenade is about 2 miles away.
Further details
Caleta still retains its authentic Spanish charm, with many al fresco restaurants, famous for serving locally caught seafood. Local fishermen can be seen daily repairing their nets, after spending their morning fishing in the calm waters of the Mediterranean. There is a long promenade alongside the beach that connects Caleta and the larger town of Torre del Mar which has plenty of shops, restaurants and bars. If you enjoy local markets then Caleta has one every Saturday morning that should not be missed. One of the largest shopping Malls east of Malaga, called El Ingenio, is 5mins away by car, and there is an outdoor Water Park right opposite. The beautiful coastal town of Nerja, famous for its Caves is a 15min drive away.
