It is fully equipped, on the top (third) floor and has a window in each room so is always light and sunny. There are 2 balconies (both getting the sun throughout the day) where you can eat/sit/sunbathe. The views are magnificent.

Changeover day
Vacation of apartment, guests are requested to vacate by 11am on last day.
New guests are able to occupy apartment after 3pm on the arrival day.

San Pedro (Costa Calida) is found to the south of Lo Pagan on the Mar Menor. There are considerable salt lagoons in the area which coincide with important ecological reserves for birds, plants and other wildlife. The Mar Menor has a safe beach which is ideal for all the family, also in this area are the mud baths which are renowned for their therapeutic properties. Also you have the Mediterranean sea and beaches.

Various world class golf courses in close proximity, approximately 15-30 minutes.

Bicycle hire is available minutes away from Lodosol complex.
There are miles of cycle tracks situated next to some roads.

St Javier airport only 15 mins drive.

Further details
San Pedro del Pinatar (Costa Calida) is a very peaceful and popular place where the Spanish use as their holiday destination. It is found to the south of Mar Menor which is a closed sea area which maintains a warm sea throughout most of the year, apart from December/January.
Booking notes
A £100 deposit is payable at the time of booking, to be retained as a security deposit until a satisfactory inspection of the apartment on completion of rental.
Full payment must be completed 8 weeks prior to commencement of holiday.
