This spacious apartment is part of the now well established Guadalmina Alta complex, and lies 2km off the N-340 coast road. Its 1 km from the centre of San Pedro, with Puerto Banus and Marbella only a few minutes away. The apartment is finished to a very high standard with marble floors and air-con throughout. Central heating makes out of season also very pleasant. Please go to our own website to see more detail on layout. The lounge consists of a leather suite, with 40' LCD TV , and opens on to the lower terrace, with large glass top table set, is south facing and overlooking pool. All bedrooms have fitted wardrobes and 2 of them have en-suite bathrooms. The master bedroom opens out onto a large roof terrace with sun loungers and table. There's also a north facing, internal terrace accessible through the upstairs bedroom. The grounds have established gardens within a gated complex and a total of 5 communal pools. There's also private underground parking.

Coast/Beach
San Pedro has its own beach and palm tree clad promenade. It lies approx 2km away and is best driven to, it takes about 3-4 mins, with plenty of parking spaces allowed for.
Golf
The apartment lies within Guadalmina golf course, although there are 9 other courses within a 5 mile radius. There's also a driving range 60 metres from apartment.
Travel
Malaga Airport is to the east and takes around 40 mins. Gibraltar is a similar distance and time due west.
Seville is another option although driving time is over 2 hours.
Car hire is recommended.
Distances
San Pedro de Alcantara is 1km away and has many restaurants and bars.
Puerto Banus is very popular and has a very exotic marina surrounded by bars and restaurants. Plenty of nightclubs to choose from. Approx 5 km drive. Takes 10 mins.
Further details
San Pedro has many banks and shops. The nearest supermarket is 1km, but San Pedro has 3 or 4 supermarkets.
There are dozens of restaurants to choose from: some of the best being along the seafront which specialize in fish dishes, but for the not so adventurous there also the more established fast food chains. Barcelo 50m from the complex is the very stylish Barcelo Hotel. They welcome you to use their facilities, which include a gym, a spa, a large pool, bars and restaurants. There is also a tabac (where you can get all the English newspapers, cigarettes and mags). It is best to go to the hotel for a taxi, as our complex is a gated complex, so the taxi's can't get passed security. The hotel staff at reception are very helpful. We often call in for a drink on the way into Puerto Banus and the reception staff are more than happy to call you a taxi into town! Book early on a Saturday night though as taxi's get very busy during the summer.
Booking notes
30% of rental price required to secure booking. This is non-refundable. Balance required 8 weeks before arrival. In case of unavoidable cancellation this is refundable as below.
£250 breakages deposit is also required 8 weeks before, which is fully refundable following property inspection.
