A newly built spacious 3-bedroom house, with own pool. The house can sleep 6/8 comfortably and is located in the popular Villamartin area, which is located near Torrevieja, Spain. It is located in the middle of three 18 hole golf courses making it ideal for golfing breaks. The property is fully alarmed and has a personal safe to keep money and passports in. The house is fully cleaned before arrival, with all clean bed linen and towels provided. Two bedrooms have access to a balcony, which has views across the surrounding area and Torrevieja coastline, the property also benefits from a Solarium terrace at the top of the house ideal for barbeques and sun worshipping. The pool is 8m by 4m and has it’s own sun terrace and seating area, fully automated pump system ensures good water quality.

| Kitchen: | The Kitchen consists of a fridge/freezer, microwave, washing machine, oven, hob, and all other accessories needed for a fully self-catering holiday. |
| Living Rooms: | The large lounge dining area has a sofa bed which provides additional accommodation. Dining table with 6 chairs. For entertainment there is a large TV, DVD player, and CD player. There are oil and gas heaters for those winter months. |

Coast/Beach
It is situated within easy reach of the many excellent sandy Torrevieja beaches varying from vast expanses of sand to small pebble coves. Many of which are 'Blue Flag' accredited, the nearest one La Zenia beach being only 5 minutes drive.
Torrevieja has numerous golden sandy beaches, most of them carry the EEC blue flag ensuring pollution free bathing. Some of the best beaches include Cabo Roig, La Zenia, Campoamor, Guardamar, Flamenca, El Cura, Loc Locos.
Golf
The property is ideally located for any golfing enthusiasts as there are 3 championship golf courses within 2km, Campoamor (tournament course), Villamartin (European Major held here) and Las Ramblas a new and very challenging course, making it a breeze to organise a varied Itinerary.
PLEASE NOTE! Some of the Torrevieja golf courses may need a handicap certificate which you would need to check in advance.
You may need to book in advance subject to seasonality please check with the relevant golf course.
Travel
Alicante Airport - 50 minutes north from Torrevieja by car, and is the capital of the Costa Blanca.
Murcia Airport - 20km South, down the coast from Torrevieja, and is an ideal trip for it's beauty and tranquility.
Distances
Torrevieja (pronounced Torrevieka) town centre is vibrant and full of life and lies only a 15 minute drive away, here you will find all the amenities you would expect from a bustling town in the UK such as Cinema, sports centre, night-clubs, regular market, large pier etc.
