Carolina 1 is a 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom town house with a separately accessed 1 bedroom apartment ideal for friends, relatives etc. The house is located on the Monte Golf development close to Villa Martin golf course and Plaza and has its own private pool (heated if required). Together with the ground floor apartment it can sleep 8/10. The house is close to all local amenities, supermarkets etc., and Torrevieja, Alicante and Murcia. Benidorm is further north, just over one hour's drive away, and La Manga about 45 minutes. The house is located in a quiet residential development with parking for one car and ample parking immediately adjacent.

Notes on prices
Rent for two consecutive weeks and the second week is half price. Prices are for the property per week in UK Pounds.
The apartment is not let separately, only in conjuction with the main house. Heating for the pool can be provided at £75 per week.

Changeover day
Owners are flexible subject to availability. House/apartment available from 3pm. Departure by 10am.

Notes on accommodation
The ground floor apartment is separately accessed and provides excellent accommodation for another family on the same holiday or friends, grandparents, etc.
The accommodation consists of:
1 twin bedroom.
Bathroom with shower.
Fully fitted kitchen with hob, oven, washing machine, fridge/freezer.
Lounge/Dining area with Satellite TV (including sports channels) and large sofa bed.
Air conditioning/heating to lounge/dining area and bedroom.

Sorry , no pets.

Outside
There are three terraces to the house plus ample terracing around the pool. There is mature planting around the pool. The swimming pool is 9m x 5m with a roman end. The pool can be heated in the cooler months if required.

Coast/Beach
5/10 minute drive to beaches at La Xenia, Campoamor, Punta De La Horadada and Torrevieja.

Golf
There are four/five golf courses in and around the Alicante area, with three courses within 5 minutes drive of the house namely Villa Martin - Real Club de Campoamor and Las Ramblas. La Finca is 20 minutes away and La Manga 45 minutes away.

Travel
Alicante Airport - 40 minutes
Murcia (San Javier) - 25 minutes.
Car hire essential.

Booking notes
A £250 deposit is required upon booking. This is then held as a breakages deposit, returned within 7 days of departure from the accommodation. The full amount of the booking to be paid 8 weeks (as far as possible) before the date booked.
