Built in 2002 this ground floor luxury apartment has two bedbooms and is in beautiful Frigiliana - an award winning whitewashed village set in the foothills above the lovely resort of Nerja on the Costa del Sol overlooking the Mediterranean coast. This apartment has views of the mountains and is only a 5 minute walk from the village centre with all its restaurants, bars and shops and just 10 minutes drive from Nerja. The complex is a small development, comprising of a total of 41 apartments in 4 blocks, all built in keeping with the traditional styles of Frigiliana and of course whitewashed!

Changeover day
Bookings are preferred Saturday to Saturday (but we can be flexible outside of the high season). The apartment is available from 5.00pm on the day of arrival and vacation is requested by 10.00am on the day of departure.

Notes on accommodation
Remote controlled climate conditioning in the lounge (air conditioning/heating). Other equipment provided includes a hairdryer, alarm clock, 13 Amp UK plug adapter and even a real teapot!
There is a security intercom system. Please note that smoking is not permitted in the apartment for insurance purposes and sorry, no pets allowed.

There is a 30m shared pool with sun terrace and stunning views to the mountains and down the valley to the sea. Sitting area outside apartment with small patio set and sun loungers for use around the pool. BBQ available.
Coast/Beach
The coast is a 10 minutes drive ie Burriana, Maro and Nerja beaches.
Golf
Golf available in Nerja and Velez Malaga (Baveria Course)about 15 minutes away.
Skiing
Skiing is available in the Sierra Nevada in the winter which is about an hour and a half away.
Travel
Malaga Airport is only 45 minutes.
Transport to and from the Airport can be arranged.
A car is recommended if you want to see the region but not essential.
Regular bus service to Nerja and a Taxis stand can be found in the Square.
Distances
Nerja and the Balcon-de-Europa only 10 minutes away.
Nerja Caves also 10 minutes.
Alhambra Place and Granada 1 hour 15 minutes.
Picasso Museum in Malaga 1 hour.
Large shopping complex at Velez Malaga 15 minutes by car.
Water skiing and scuba-diving at Burriana beach about 10 minutes away.
Water Park at Velez Malaga (15 minutes drive).
Go-karting at Torre del Mar (15 minutes drive).

Local activities include:-
Guided tours of Frigiliana - known as the village of the 'three cultures' and is where the last battle (in Spain) with the Moors took place.
Walking (Frigiliana has 12 approved walks of varying distances lasting between 1 to 4.5 hours)and horse riding.

Deposit of £100 is payable on booking. Breakages deposit also required of £100 (refundable).
