Situated just 200m from the beach and lovely coastal walks finding small and larger coves on your walk. Numerous shops, restaurants, bars, banks and a bus stop are all within walking distance. Conveniently placed for airports, Alicante is 40 minutes and Murcia is 20 minutes. Accommodation comprises of hot and cold air conditioning, fully fitted kitchen with all appliances, 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms (one en-suite) plus a sofabed in the lounge.

Notes on accommodation
The apartment has both hot and cold air conditioning, plus underfloor heating in both bathrooms. A fully fitted security alarm and safe is included in the apartment. There is a lift to all floors, and a underground secure car park with our own parking bay. It is suitable for all ages and a cot and highchair can be supplied if required.
No smoking is permitted.
Accessibility
There is good wheelchair access to the grounds (wide pavements) and a lift to all floors in the apartment block. In the apartment there is wheelchair access to all rooms. There is a small step over the patio door frame to the sun terrace.
Outside
The apartment is set amongst tropical landscaped gardens with palm trees, pergolas, plants and fountains. Three communal swimming pools (one heated) sun bathing areas around the pools (2 sun loungers in the apartment which can be used in the gardens).
It has 24 hr security.
Coast/Beach
The sea and beach are 200 metres away. There are numerous beaches large and small within 20 minutes walk. These range from secluded shady palm forests areas to larger beaches with cafes and children's play areas. Discover them by foot along coastal walks or by car or bus. You can walk to Torrevieja along the coast (stopping off at a bar or restaurant on the way) takes about 1 hour, or it is an easy car ride or catch a bus at the top of the road.
Golf
3 championship golf courses within 15 mins drive and several more close by. Villamartin: hosted the 1994 Mediterranean open. Las Ramblas: located between two ravines and likely to test the average handicapper. Campoamor: a beautiful course which will attract all levels of golfer. La Marquesa: in Cuidad Quesada set in low lying land, the gently rolling slopes lend themselves to facilitate everything required for a fine golf course. La Finca: a new golf course with variety of greens and running water adding to the beauty and difficulty of the course. La Manga: world famous for its 3 championship courses and facilities.
Skiing
Sierra Nevada is 4-5 hours drive away.
Travel
Alicante Airport is 40 minutes drive with San Javier (Murcia) just 20 minutes away. Torrevieja and the commercial centre (shops and restaurants) are about 10 minutes away by car, or you can catch the bus which is 2 minutes walk from the apartment.
Distances
Torrevieja town is a 10 minute car ride away.
Alicante city is 50 a minutes journey.
Elche with its palm forest 40 minutes.
La Manga and the Mar Menor 40 minutes.
Small beach 200 meters.
Other beachs cabo roig, La Zenia 20 minutes away.
Salt lakes and wildlife reserve 30 minutes away.
Golf 4-5 good quality courses 15-30 minutes.
Further details
There is large choice of local bars, restaurants, shops, banks, everything you might want all within walking distance of the apartment.
A car is not needed as everything you might require is close by. Leisure activities include cycling, diving, fishing, golf, swimming, walking, windsurfing, water-skiing, go-karting and aqua-park.

Rates include bed linen and towels except beach towels
25% deposit required upon booking with balance to be paid 8 weeks prior to the holiday.
£200 refundable deposit against breakages required with balance, fully refundable subject to no damage.
We offer 3 or 4 nights stays out of season at 75% of weekly rate.
