In a pleasant residential area, this 2 bedroomed apartment is close to the beaches of Playa Flamenca and Cabo Roig. It has a large solarium with views to the sea and mountains. The beaches are a 5 minute drive away and there is a good selction to choose from, from large family orientated ones to small secluded beaches for the more romantic and peaceful guests.

The apartment is close to numerous golf courses.
Travel
Alicante is 45 mins away and Murcia is 20 mins away.
Distances
Torrevieja is only 10 mins in the car. San Pedro and Murcia are also close.
Further details
There are supermarkets within 5 mins walking distance, banks and restaurants, bars etc. There is a local market every Saturday, to shop till you drop.
