This immaculately maintained two bed ground floor apartment is situated within yards of the shared pool. The verandah offers a cool relaxing area away from the glare of the sun, whilst the garden is ideal for sun worshippers enjoying a quiet read or drink. Within short driving distances are amenities to cater for all tastes, from lounging on the beach, enjoying the water park in Torrevieja, or playing a round at one of the numerous championship golf courses in the area. There is also an excellent shopping centre close to Carrefour hypermarket in Torrevieja. Diners will be able to enjoy cuisine from every part of the world including Spanish, English, Chinese, Indian and Thai. There is lots to see and explore to delight the young and the little bit older! For example in San Miguel there is a cave restaurant formed from 2 of the many cave dwellings. At Torremondo, there is a beautiful man-made turquoise lake, contrasting vividly with the famous pink salt lakes around Torrevieja.

Coast/Beach
Guardamar is a long safe beach ideal for families and is just a few minutes away by car. Torrevieja has a well maintained, attractive promenade and the harbour boasts a submarine!
Golf
Within a few minutes drive of several golf courses, the nearest being La Finca. Also nearby are Villamartin, Campoamor and Las Ramblas golf clubs and all are open for non golf players to enjoy their restaurant and bar facilities.
Travel
Alicante airport is only half an hour by car and Murcia airport is even closer. Car hire is available at both airports and recommended in order to explore the area.
Distances
Los Montesinos is only a 5 minute drive, with Orihuela, San Miguel and Torrevieja about 10 minutes away.
Booking notes
A deposit of 25% is payable to secure the booking with the balance to be paid 6 weeks before arrival. A fee of 35 euros is to be paid to the keyholder for cleaning and laundry on departure.
