Wonderful for families as it is a short walk to spectacular sandy beaches. This unspoilt area has the best golf courses in Spain - along with natural beauty, year round sunshine, miles of clean sandy beaches and local seafood restaurants. Bathroom on 1st floor with shower, sink, wc.
Ground floor cloakroom with wc and washbasin.
Kitchen: Modern fully fitted kitchen equipped with all cooking utensils and appliances including hob and cooker, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine and large fridge/freezer needed for a holiday home from home.
Utility Room: Utility area just off the kitchen is equipped with clothes line and pegs, and the hall cupboard has an iron and ironing board.
Living Rooms: The air conditioned spacious lounge area has modern furniture, feature open fireplace, satellite TV, DVD and stereo. The dining area accommodates 6 people, alternatively patio doors lead to a furnished terrace for al fresco dining.
Other: We have secure, private underground parking.

All linen and towels for up to 6 persons are included as well as a full cleaning service at the end of each week.

Outside
The private rear patio has a gate leading directly to the large swimming pool and children's paddling pool (open 1 May to 31 September with life guard) and shared gardens and has a dining table and chairs for al fresco dining, as well as garden furniture on the 1st and 2nd floor terraces where you can enjoy morning coffee in the sun.

Coast/Beach
The most spectacular and uncrowded European Blue Flag beaches are only a short drive or 10/15 mins walk away and stretch for miles. Fringed by sand dunes and pine forests you will find showers and beach bars located at intervals and miles of cycle paths to be explored. The 'El Rompido' sand barrier offers a natural marina for water sports and stretches for 3km.

Golf
Our house overlooks the 14th hole of the prestigious Nuevo Portil golf course, 18 holes (par 71/5841m) and only a ten minute drive away is another favourite, El Rompido (par 72/6148m). There are a great selection of golf courses accessible along this stretch of coast from Monte Castillo and Costa Ballena in the east to Isla Canela and Islantilla in the west. With lower prices than elsewhere in Spain, (our guests can enjoy reduced green fees) fewer people and year round sun, what more could make your round of golf more enjoyable.

Travel
There are direct flights to Faro and Seville airports, both are approximately 1 - 1.5 hours drive. There are excellent new roads and quiet motorways in the area and a hire car is recommended to explore this beautiful area.

Distances
The local supermarket is a 15 minute walk or 5 minutes in the car. Carrefour Hypermarket in Cartaya is a 15/20 minutes drive. A selection of shops, supermarkets, banks, bars and restaurants are to be found in El Portil 10 minutes away by car. Seville, Jerez and the ancient port of Cadiz are all within driving distance.

Further details
Only a couple of miles down the coast road is the unspoiled traditional whitewashed fishing village of El Rompido, here you can sample fresh local seafood in the beachfront restaurants or visit the marina with designer boutiques and cafes. Nearby, the Donana National park is one of the most important protected areas in all of Europe. A vast mixture of marshes, sand dunes, beaches and forests is home to numerous species of birds and colonies of flamingos, whilst offshore whales, bluefin tuna and doplhins can be found. As well as beach and golf activities, you can find kite surfing, horse riding, tennis and go-karting in the area.

A £100 refundable damage deposit is payable with the balance and will be returned providing there are no major breakages.
