Notes on accommodation
Each of the 2 upstairs bedrooms is equipped with an airconditioning/heating unit which can be controlled individually per room. The third, downstairs bedroom, is equipped with room fans and electric heaters.
A build-in safe is available in the master bedroom.
Outside
The outside terraces and pool are situated on the same level as the inside of the house. All terraces are directed towards the south and enjoy the sun during the entire day. All terraces are shielded from view for complete privacy. From the terraces one can enjoy some of the most spectacular scenery of the entire coast! Our views stretch all the way from the Sierra Nevada mountain peaks over the plain of Salobreña and further along the horizon of the Mediterranean! No buildings in front, no obstructions, just 200º spectacular views! Adjoining the living room and close to the kitchen, a covered patio is our favorite dining spot for breakfast, lunch, dinner and every other moment of the day! The pool measures 8mx4m ranging from 1m in the shallow end to 1,85m in the deep end. Fully walled in Mediterranean garden surrounding the villa. The villa also provides free access to the community's communal swimming pool, tennis court and soccer field.
Coast/Beach
Salobreña beach situated at a 5 min drive from the villa. Near beaches in Motril (7 min) and Almuñecar (10 min). Private bays nearby. The use of a car is strongly recommended.
Golf
Los Moriscos Golf course at a 7 min drive (18 holes).
Granada Golf courses at 45 mins driving.
Malaga Golf Courses at 1 hour drive.
Skiing
Easy access to the Sierra Nevada (Sol y Nieve Ski Resort) by car 1¼ hour. Season from November to May depending on the weather. 90km of marvellous slopes for all levels. All snow sports available. During the summer, when there is no snow, one can take the lifts up to the peaks of the Sierra to walk, do horse riding and biking.

Near airports: Malaga and Almeria (1h)
The use of a car is strongly recommended.
Distances
The town of Salobreña is situated within a mere 5 minute drive from the villa. All amenities (bars, restaurants, banks, supermarkets,....) can be found in the town. There are no bars or restaurants situated within walking distance of the villa. A 7 minute drive will take one into the town of Motril, the second largest town in the province of Granada. To Granada capital and the Alhambra Palace, a 45 minute drive.
Booking notes
A 25% booking deposit is due upon booking the property. The balance payment is due 8 weeks before the start of the rental. A 300 euro refundable security deposit is due in cash upon arrival at the villa and will be returned in cash upon departure after the villa was checked.
