This luxurious 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment has superb mountain views from the balcony. The apartment is set in a quiet area but close to all the major attractions the Costa del Sol has to offer. Just 12 minutes by car to Puerto Banus, and minutes away from some of the finest golf courses and beaches on the coast. Full air conditioning and just 45 minutes from Malaga Airport. Bars and restaraunts are 10 minutes walk.

Kitchen: Fully tiled kitchen with extensive range of appliances, oven, hob, grill, fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, kettle, iron/ironing board.
Living Rooms: Open plan lounge/dining area. Oak table and 6 chairs. 3 seater and 2 seater sofas, swivel reclining leather chair and footstool. TV, and CD/DVD player. Coffee tables, bookcase, rugs and lamps.
Cleaning/towels/

Bath towels and bed linen included. Apartment cleaned prior to arrival and after departure, however cleaning and linen change can be arranged during an extended stay as required.A charge of 40 €( if 2 people ) or 60 € (3-5 people) to be paid locally.

Golf
Welcome to the Costa del Golf! This is a golfer's paradise with golf courses nearby suitable for novices and skilled golfers. Los Flamingos is within 5 mins drive. Other courses nearby include: Monte Mayor, El Paraiso, Marbella Club Guadalmina, Los Arqueros, Golf Las Naranjos, La Quinta Golf, to name but a few. The acclaimed Valderrama course (Ryder Cup 1997 host) is 40 minutes away.

Skiing
Sierra Nevada, 2 hours away.

Travel
Both Malaga and Gibraltar airports are within 45 minutes drive. Taxi from Malaga airport is approx £40. Car hire is recommended although not essential (can be arranged cheap rate).

Further details
This is an ideal base for a relaxing beach or golf holiday. There is the Bel-Air tennis club 5 minutes walk away and which you can see from the terrace. Within the tennis club is a fantastic restaurant which does a reasonable priced set menu although there is nothing "reasonable" about the food which is fabulous! The Mercadona supermarket is a 5 minute walk to the bottom of the road together with various bars and restaurants. Marbella and its famous Puerto Banus is 10 minute drive. Benahavis, a tiny white mountain village boasting approximately 28 bars and restaurants, is a 15 minute drive away. Further a field you will find Gibraltar for cheap duty free shopping. Granada for the Alhambra Palace and architecture. Nerja for the largest natural caves in Europe. Seville for real flamenco. Casares, a picturesque mountain village. The Sierra de las Neives national park is 40 minutes drive where you can enjoy 4x4 jeep safaris, quad-biking, fishing, shooting, mountain-biking, hill-walking and equestrian sports. Further east in Fuengirola there is an excellent aqua-park, aquarium, dolphin trips and shopping facilities.
