This apartment is situated in convenient location on the edge of a small residential surburb only 10 minutes drive from Alicante airport. Within a gated garden is a swimming pool and small children's play area which is overlooked from the rooftop of the apartment. Within 3 minutes walk are supermarkets, restaurants, cafes and bars etc. Only a few minutes drive to the beach. Close by is Benidorm (ca. 45 mins drive) and the a marina of Alicante (ca. 20 min drive).

The large rooftop has good view over the swimming pool and the play area. The rooftop is reached by spiral staircase outside the kitchen. Air conditioning in the lounge and bedrooms.

Coast/Beach
The beach is a natural sand duned beach with pine trees and is in easy 5 mins drive away. Within 10 minutes drive in either direction, along beautiful coast road, are the Spanish resort of Arenales and Santa Pola. There you will find lots of cafes, restaurants etc.
Golf
The are numerous golf courses within 10-20 min drive from our apartment in Gran Alicant.
Alenda Golf is located 20 minutes away on the Alicante-Madrid road.
Alicante Golf has 6 par 5's, par 4's and par 3's, it is Ballesteros designed course located near the beach and is just 25 minutes away.
El Plantio Golf is the only one in the region that has 2 golf courses, an 18 hole and 9 hole and is just 10 mins away.
The Bonalba course is located in the mountains overlooking the Mediterranean.
Villa Martin, La Campoamor and the challenging Los Ramblos, La finca (near Algorfo) are all only 30 mins away.

Alicante airport is 7 minute drive away.

50 euros deposit for each week booked. No refund.
Rest of the money paid 4 weeks before start of holiday. No refund.
100 euros security deposit to be payed when getting the keys in Spain and is refunded in end of the stay if the flat is in good condition.
