Changeover day
Saturday's preferred during high season but we are flexible to accommodate the great flight offers available during mid week.

Outside
There are two terraces with dining tables & chairs and a large garden with a private pool (10mx5m). Sun loungers. There is also off road parking.
Coast/Beach
The beach in Los Alcazares is only 5 minutes drive and is a clean white sandy beach. It is ideal for all ages. The shallow waters and absence of the tide makes the Mar Menor (little sea), the ideal place for all kinds of water sports. As a result of the business proprietors here it was the first area in Spain become known as (Estacion Nortica) Nortic resort with the prime object being to promote tourisim during out of season months.
Golf
There is a nine hole golf course (shortly to be 18 holes) on the resort, and the new Polaris World La Torre golf course and La Manga and many others are less than 20 minutes drive away.
Travel
Travel from all major UK airports to Murcia (San Javier) which is 10 minutes drive, or to Alicante which is 50 minutes drive. Take a look at the low cost airlines as they are great value. We recommend car hire to help you to explore this beautiful unspoilt area of Spain.
Distances
Los Alcazeras is just 5 minutes drive and offers a range of tapas bars, restaurants, cafe bars, nightclub and supermarkets. The historic port of Cartegena and Murcia are well worth a visit.
Further details
On the resort there is a 5 star Intercnotinental hotel were you are able to enjoy spa and massage from the world famous ESPA or just enjoy a meal in it's beautiful surroundings.
Booking notes
A deposit of £100 is required to secuere your booking and the final payment and security deposit of £100 is due six weeks before departure. The security deposit will be returned providing there are no breakages or damage.
