Kitchen: Kitchen/breakfast room. Fully fitted wood kitchen units with marble worktops incorporating ceramic hob, oven, dishwasher, large fridge, microwave, kettle, toaster, ample crockery and cutlery. Table and chairs.
Utility Room: Air-con unit, utility sink and washing machine.
Living Rooms: Large lounge with patio doors to the balcony, comfortable seating with two settees, side and coffee tables, tv, dvd, and Hi-Fi. The dining area has a table seating six.
Cleaning/towels/
linen/maid service:
Linen and bath towels are included, fresh linen can be provided for longer stays on request. The property is cleaned before and after each rental period. Beach towels are NOT provided.

This part of the Costa del Sol is famous for its sandy beaches, beach bars and restaurants and shops. Benalmadena proudly boasts a marina to compete with the best in Spain including Puerta Banus.
Oh, a nudist beach is nearby also.

The apartment is situated in the middle of the Golf universe! The nearest being just 200m away.

Skiing
The Sierra Nevada is approx 2 hours drive away.
I have visited this resort many times and can assist in organising a visit from just 1 day to as many as you require.
