The villa is part of a small community of 20 villas with communal gardens and a large communal swimming pool with a shallow end for younger children. The house is located in a quiet residential cul-de-sac on the hillside above the bay of El Portet with its sandy Blue Flag beach, beach bars, restaurants, a small supermarket and a chemist only a 15 minute walk away. The main town of Moraira with its shops, restaurants and beaches is 5 minutes away in the car. The lounge contains a bed-settee which also sleeps 2 people. The villa is comfortably furnished and fully equipped with a washing machine and electric fire for the winter months. There is off-road parking for one car on the villa driveway. Although the main living accommodation is laid out on one level, a flight of stairs leads up to the main living accommodation.

These prices are based on up to 6 people sharing with an additional £50 per person per week for additional people.
Changeover day
The changeover day is Saturday but we can be flexible if possible.

Accessibility

Outside
There are beautiful communal gardens surrounding the large shared pool. The pool area is quiet and tranquil and surrounded by beautiful gardens. The villa has outside furniture at the front and back of the villa.
Coast/Beach
The villas is only 15 minutes walk from the beautiful El Portet Bay with its beachside cafes and restaurants. The main town of Moraira is only 5 minutes away by car and hosts its own sandy beaches.
Travel
Alicante airport is 50 minutes away by car and Valencia airport is just over one hour away by car. Both airports host the low cost airlines like Easyjet, Monarch and Ryanair.
Distances
Benidorm and the fabulous Terra Mitica theme parks are only 20 minutes away by car. Benidorm also hosts water parks and fabulous beaches. Close to El Portet and Moraira are Javea and Calpe with their vast number of restaurants and shops.
Further details
A supermarket, restaurant and chemist are within 10-15 minutes walk from the villa. Banks and shops are only 5 minutes away by car in the small and friendly town of Moraira.
