The villa is 20 minutes drive from Alicante Airport and 1 1/2 hours drive from Valencia. It is located on a quiet urbinisation close to El Campello and has a private pool measuring 8m x 4m varying in depth from 4ft 6ins to 5ft 6ins. It has several terraces. Car parking Close to all amenities. 5 mins walk to the local beach. 5 mins drive to Campello and San Juan Beaches. It is 30 mins drive to Benidorm.Coveta Fuma is Served by the local train services linking Alicante to Benidorm. The beaches at Campello And San Juan can be reached using this line. The train stops at several places directly alongside the beach at San Juan. Train prices are very cheap.

Changeover day
Changeover day is Saturday (this can be flexible out of season). Clients are asked to arrive after 5pm and leave by 10am on the day of departure

Towels and linen are provided. The property is cleaned at the end of each rental. Towels and linen are not changed during a rental unless requested this will incur an extra charge of 15 Euros per person payable to the keyholder. |

Accessibility
The villa has all of the accommodation on one level including the terraces and parking area. There are 3 steps down to the pool which can be accessed via Roman steps in the shallow end. All of the internal doors are 27 inches wide. The en-suite bath has a grab rail.
Outside
The pool is 8m x 4m and is 4ft 6ins at the shallow end and 5ft 6ins at the deep end. It is private. There are 2 terraces and a shaded veranda overlooking the pool. There is a mobile barbecue and plastic tables and chairs and a selection of sun chairs and loungers. The pool is cleaned weekly.
Coast/Beach
5 mins walk to the local beach. 5 mins drive to Campello and San Juan Beaches. It is 30 mins drive to Benidorm.
Travel
Alicante airport is 30 mins drive from the villa. Use of a car is recomended if clients wish to explore the local areas. All beaches and coastal towns can be reached via the coastal railway. The local station is 5 mins walk from the villa in the centre of the Coveta.
Distances
Campello is 6km from the villa. San Juan is 8km away. Both have excellent beaches and Campello has a good selection of bars and restaurants. The Caves Of Canelobre are 10km inland from the villa and Terra Mittica can be reached via the railway.
Further details
There is a well stocked local supermarket 5 mins walk from the villa which sells British food as well as local and international foods. There is a larger supermarket in Campello. Details of all the attractions and shops are available in the Villa.
Booking notes
A 25% non returnable deposit is required to secure a booking. The balance will be required 8 weeks prior to arrival date together with a security deposit £100 is will be refunded (subject to breakages and damage) 7 days after the end of the rental period.
