Located front line to The Polaris World, Mar Menor Jack Nicklaus golf course. This villa has a large private pool and is equipped to a very high standard. You will find all the comforts of home in beautiful surroundings. 4 bedroom villa, comfortable double bed settee in the lounge provides very flexible accommodation to suit a large family, 2 families sharing, or a party of golfers. The master bedroom has a honey coloured marbled granite tiled en-suite bathroom, with shower fittings. It also has private access to a large first floor terrace with table and chairs and spectacular views the golf course and on a clear day the Mar Menor sea. The 2 other 1st floor bedrooms share another terrace with golf views, and a family bathroom. Downstairs is a 4th bedroom, next to the shower room. The well equipped kitchen has a separate larder and laundry room. There is a beautiful, large private pool in the fully tiled rear garden. There is also an outside shower for convenience.

Prices are for the property per week in UK pounds.
Discount for lets in excess of 3 weeks except Easter and School summer holiday periods. Long term lets considered. Play pen, cot and highchair included in the price. Weekly clean included. Additional cleaning available. We request a 20% non returnable deposit to secure your booking. The balance is due six weeks before your arrival. A £300 damage deposit is payable, and will be returned after a satisfactory check of the villa by our keyholder.
Changeover day
In peak season bookings are Saturday to Saturday. At all other times we aim to be as flexible as possible.

Towels and bedlinen are provided. Please bring your own beach towels. The property is cleaned weekly. Additional cleaning is available. For stays of less than 7 days, we request a £50 cleaning fee. |

Accessibility
There is wheelchair access from both the front and rear. The ground floor bedroom with access to the adjacent shower room is ideal for disabled use. The entire ground floor is accessible for wheelchairs; unfortunately the 1st floor is not.
Outside
The rear garden is a good size. The pool is 9x4m. The remaining garden is fully tiled in the Spanish style. 4 sun loungers are provided. In addition there is seating/ dining for 10 people. An outdoor shower is provided for use before and after using the pool.
Coast/Beach
The blue flag beaches of the Mar Menor, a beautiful salt water lagoon are only a 5 min drive away. Here are warm, shallow, child safe beaches. There is a sailing school, with dinghies, yachts and windsurfers. The therapeutic mud baths are about 15 mins drive from the resort. Further up the coast are the huge beaches at Guardamar del Segura, and Torrevieja.
Golf
Mar Menor golf course is located at the bottom of the garden and the club house is a short walk away. Mar Menor is considered to be a great test of golfing skill. It is well bunkered, and currently has three lakes. The fairways are lined with majestic palms, ancient olives, and other tropical trees. The greens are the finest in the area. The second of the Polaris World, Nicklaus Trail courses has just opened at La Torre, about 10 mins away. Within 15 mins are the three famous, Championship courses at La Manga. There are also a number of other courses within 20-30 mins, eg La Ramblas, La Finca, Campoamor, Mosa Trajectum and many others.
Skiing
Skiing is located in the Sierras about 2 hours drive away. Other natural parks within about an hour drive. Skiing in the morning, golf in the afternoon and food in the top class restaurants on the resort in the evening. Does it get any better?
Travel
This area is accessible from almost all UK regional airports. Murcia (St. Javier) airport is only 10 mins away. Alicante airport is a 50 min drive away by good motorways. To get the most from your visit to this area a car is recommended. If you prefer you can take the ferry to Bilbao, or Santander, and drive down.
Distances
The local towns of Torre Pacheco and Los Alcazares are about 5km waay.

The Resort has a well stocked and reasonably priced supermarket. There is a Social Club with large communal pool, which has a poolside bar, and restaurant. A further first floor bar. Tennis court, table tennis. Beauty salon, travel agent (for excursions, car hire and flights), solicitors office. Newly opened is a medical surgery. The four star Intercontinental Hotel has 4 exquisite, themed restaurants, golf pro shop, indoor pool, outdoor pool, health club, and sauna. Food from the Social Club or Hotel can be delivered to your door.
Booking notes
To secure a booking please place a 20% deposit. The balance is payable six weeks prior to arrival. We also request a £300 returnable damage deposit.
