Casa Joran is a superior luxury villa built in 2004 and situated 4 miles inland on the mountain of Monte Pego, offering breathtaking views of the surrounding areas. The mountain offers facilities such as a bank, two restaurants, cafe-bistro, tennis courts and bar. The villa is of an open plan design situated on its own very sunny private plot. The villa is our home from home and we have furnished it accordingly. Each room is light and spacious and equipped with everything we would want for a break. There are games and books available and a few extra touches like the picnic basket that has enjoyed many a visit to the local beach and has a cooler section for the wine.

Changeover day
Changeover day is Saturday with access to the villa from 4pm. the villa needs to be vacated by 10am on the day of departure.

| Living Rooms: | Step down into a large circular lounge with 2 three seater leather settes, TV, DVD, English satellite channels available and a Playstation 1. There is a separate dining area with a large wooden dining table with seating for six, ideal for entertaining. |

Outside
The 8x4m private pool with roman steps is completely secluded and not overlooked by any other villas. A large terrace area surrounds the pool with ample room for sunbathing. There is a static BBQ on the terrace with a dining table for 6 including umbrella, there is an additional table for 4 situated on the terrace in the shade. The gardens surround the villa on all sides with a wooden table and chairs for 6 and in another area of the garden there is an additional stone table and chairs for 6.
Coast/Beach
Casa Joran is situated approximately 4 miles from the nearest sandy beach at Els Poblets. Moraira, Denia and Javea are all within easy reach by car.
Golf
Oliva Nova golf course within 20 minute drive. Additional golf courses within 40 minutes drive.
Travel
Use of car is essential with the villa situated approximately 45 -50 minutes drive from both Alicante or Valencia airports.
Distances
The nearest village of Pego is only a 15 minute drive.
There is an excellent restaurant and bar serving snacks in walking distance of the villa.
Booking notes
A deposit of £200 is required to secure your booking. A refundable 200 euro deposit is required for damages and breakages, this also includes any additional cleaning required.
