Prices are for the property per week in UK Pounds.
25% deposit is required to secure your booking. Balance due 8 weeks prior to the start of the holiday. A £300 refundable damage bond deposit will also be requested at this time. Bond deposit will be returned within 10 days of vacating the villa.
Changeover day
Saturday changeover. Check in after 1600hrs. Check out by 10.00am. Possibly flexible in off season.

8 x 4m private swimming pool with steps at one end. Separate outside pool shower. Spacious terracing, with sunloungers, table, chairs and parasol. BBQ. Pool towels are provided.
Coast/Beach
5 minutes walk to the wide, sandy beach of Caleta de Velez with restaurants and bars. Caleta de Velez marina is just a few minutes walk further along. The promenade at Caleta stretches along the coast and joins up to the town of Torre del Mar.
Golf
18 hole Baviera Golf Club is literally a minutes drive away.
18 hole Anoreta Golf Club is approximately 15 minutes drive away.
Travel
Malaga airport is approximately 40mins drive away. If you require car hire, please do not hesitate to contact us. Granada Airport is approximately 1 1/2hr drive away.
Distances
Caleta village is 5 mins walk away and Torre del Mar is 5mins drive away. Nerja and the caves are approximately 20 minutes drive East.
Further details
The area is well services with banks, supermarkets, restaurants and shops. There is a shopping mall just 5 minutes drive away which has a multiplex cinema, bowling alley, shops and food hall. There is also an Aqua Park across the road.
Booking notes
25% deposit is required at time of booking with the balance being due 8 weeks before the start of your holiday. A £300 returnable 'damage bond' deposit will be required on arrival.
Access to the villa is from 16:00hrs and guests are asked to vacate no later than 10:00hrs.
A Welcome Pack is provided for guests arrival.
